My Son initially started going to this daycare when he was about six months old due to me having to return to work. At first, it started off as a good experience but gradually got worse the longer he attended. There has been time when teachers were out of ratio, students were left in the classroom alone(varies ages) , I have seen the lunch being cut and prepared on the stairs instead of the kitchen, etc. With all of this being seen, I did allow my son to continue to attend because I really needed childcare. However, back in October, my son fell and injured his lip pretty badly. No incident report was sent home and I did not pick him up myself that day, but I did call the school twice during to the incident and no one answered or returned my call. My Son was picked up it was told that he fell with a toy in his mouth. All weekend he did not eat or drink because his lip was very swollen, bloody, and probably needed stitches. Monday after the incident, I went to the school to speak to the teachers to see what happened and no one could give me an answer. The director and the assistant director both were not there during the incident and had no knowledge of it happening. After hours of calling to chase down the teacher to figure out what happened everybody was giving me a nonchalant response as if my child injury was not important. I knew my heart that that would be his last day just to the lack of urgency for an injured child. They use this opportunity as a learning curve, but not at the expense of my child. I have been in education for 18+ years and it’s standard that every classroom should have the correct ratio, as well as incident reports in case an Injuries and that the parent should be notified about the incident, regardless of who picks up the child that day. I was informed that from now on they will have Incident reports in classrooms and the teacher will carry the extra phone just in case parents are calling. After making a big deal about the situation, I was given an incident report that was written by the director whom I informed of the incident, Dated incorrectly and very limited information. I felt as if they just made a paper trail for themselves. Needless to say it broke my heart that my child’s injury was not a concern, and I used to send him there to be protected and safe. Parents, I would just say please be vigilant and aware of sending your child to this location. If you do, make sure you do frequent pop ups to make sure that everything is up to par.

So, it has come to my attention, as I was eavesdropping on someone's conversation, I overheard them talking about one of the staff. It seems she took a vacation, and contracted Covid-19. Likewise, she still went into work for 2 weeks without telling anybody about her condition. That is sickening, and I'll be taking my Niece as far away from this Health concern as possible. As others have said, why hasn't this place been investigated? whom may I get in contact with, to have this place investigated and potentially shut down?

Let me start off by saying that my son attended this daycare for almost two years. For the better part of the two years, he loved it, he loved his teacher, and he loved the kids. The teacher he had quit and he was transferred to a new teacher's classroom. My concerns started when he moved to his new class room. His new teacher would make him sit down while all the other kids played when he didn't finish his 3 pages of schoolwork. School at this age should be about having fun while learning. I went in the classroom one day to discuss this with his teacher during nap time and she was getting her hair down in the classroom as the kids slept.I thought this was a professional business not a hair salon. I went in to pick up my son another day and he wasn't with the teacher. I asked her where my son was and she told me that he was grabbing his jacket. I went to find him and he was in the back drinking out of a bowl that had been left on the ground. No adult in sight. I brought that to the attention of the director and she said she will definitely take care of it. Yesterday my fiancé and I were discussing how it seemed like every day he was coming home with injuries. Other kids constantly hitting him all day long, bruises that appeared just about every day, and cuts and scrapes on his legs. I realize being a young child, you are going to get bumps and scratches while playing, but I feel like if a child is getting these on a daily occurrence that either the teacher is not properly supervising the class or she just doesn't care at all. My fiancé decided to go to the school and talk with his teacher and director to see if the problem can be resolved. The first thing the director did was roll her eyes at my fiancé. The teacher took him to the other room assured him that they are watching him and our son is just very active. My son is active but not to the point of being injured on a daily basis. When I went in to drop my son off this morning, the director looked at me and laughed to herself and said something under her breath, I asked if that was directed towards me and she told me just to take my son to class and she will talk with me after. Once we got to the classroom he immediately started crying saying that he did not want to go into the classroom. When I asked why he said that he was scared he said the little boys keep hitting him and hurting him. The teacher came and took him and said that she will keep a watchful eye on him and make sure it doesn't happen anymore. On my way out, I stopped at the director's office and she was nowhere to be found. I called her on the phone and asked what she had wanted to discuss with me earlier. She immediately started laughing and said, "Your baby daddy came up to the school yesterday to complain about how your son has been treated. I have never seen him before and haven't talked to him and now all of the sudden he wants to come and be protective of his son." I asked her to repeat herself to make sure I was properly understanding what she was saying, she repeated exactly what she said before. I couldn't believe what she was saying. She was implying that because she had never seen his dad, that he wasn't involved in his life in any way and had a problem with him coming up there as a concerned parent. THIS IS THE DIRECTOR/ OWNER OF THIS FACILITY!!!! I was already looking for a new facility to take my son because there were too many red flags as it was. I cannot believe the lack of their professionalism in every aspect of the business. I wish I had listened to the mother's intuition that you always read about. I wish I had listened to that little voice inside that told me something wasn't right about this place. My son is the one that had to endure the bumps and bruises and I will always be sorry for that. Please don't do what I did and ignore all of those signs that tell you something isn't right. I am not sure how these people are still open and running a business that involves taking care of young children. My son's safety and well-being are worth more than cost and convenience.

I love the school. My son has been going here since he was a year old and he's almost 3 now. He loves it, he knows all the teachers by name and loves them all. He's learning his colors, numbers, and the alphabet. Any questions or concerns get handled immediately. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

Horrible day care!!! I had my 2 daughters in this daycare for 3 weeks and that was long enough to see the unprofessional and disgusting place this is. The smell is horrible the employees sit next to the window to see parents pulling up and once they see they run to change your child. The owner is unprofessional she sits up at the front desk and lets anyone walk in and out with out ID. I picked up my daughter one day and she had a swollen eye when I asked what had happened the teacher proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t know and another child tells me she got hit by another child and the teacher goes OFF on her for letting me know. The baby room is heart breaking the teacher in there let’s the babies cry and I saw her pick up what seem to be a 3-4 month baby up by the babies hand off the floor. Just horrible place this place needs to be shut down!!!!!!
