Three Rivers Academy Preschool

Our family has had an excellent experience with this daycare. Our nieces are well cared for, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow each day. The staff is friendly, communicative, and truly dedicated to the children. The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming, and the daily activities are engaging and age-appropriate. We couldn’t ask for a better place for them and highly recommend this daycare.

My son has been going here practically since this location opened! I have had no complaints in the 2 years my son has been going here! My daughter also started going here at 6 weeks old and thy have been nothing but amazing towards her as well. If you live in the area and you’re looking for a daycare that you can TRUST, I highly recommend Gulfport Academy @ 3 Rivers!

Courtney Whitman who did a review 2 weeks ago, This Daycare have been stopping me for telling you about your self. Then, you get on here and make false allegations. Let me tell you how wonderful the daycare is. When you couldn’t control your child and your child was biting my child and kept tormenting my child. The daycare staff tried their best to make matters better. (The staff constantly separate professionally)or coming home hearing my child tell me how your child keeps bitting him. I applaud the daycare staff and Mr. John for handling it better than me. My child has been with this daycare for years and when I tell the people that is going to review this I APPRECIATE AND LOVE THE STAFF AT 3 Rivers academy for everything they do. They treat you like family. They go above and beyond. The interaction with them and my child is amazing. Not only does Mr. John have understanding. He is the best when it comes to handling a situation. Casey / Meme are the best as well. If we going to speak facts. The teachers or hands on. There are some days where I’m running late. There were days were I couldn’t get my child due to car problems. There are days were my child isn’t his best self. But the staff at 3 rivers make it possible. I’m so, thankful/ grateful. Then, there or parents like you who you just cannot please who normalize wrong. If you want your child to grow up in a family, educated, wellbeing, well mannered facility that will work with you and your child(ren) regardless. Gulfport Academy @3 Rivers is it. The love is there!

Upon picking my daughter up from her current preschool, I was made aware of a disturbing situation that occurred while my child was in attendance here. My child’s current preschool miraculously hired a staff member who worked for Gulfport Academy previously. During the training process, they introduced my daughter to this new staff member and briefly explained strategies they used to deescalate my daughter’s meltdowns. The new staff member confirmed that she knew my daughter from the old facility she worked for (Gulfport Academy) , and that herself as well as other staff members were told by the directors to isolate/close her in the bathroom until she calmed down. I was very upset and saddened by this news I received. The owners denied the claims but had “no camera footage” to prove otherwise. I would like my daughter’s experience to not only be an alert to other parents , but also a prevention of this situation possibly happening to someone else’s child/children.

My kid has been going to this Daycare since September 2 2025 I have had nothing but problems based on problems as far as problems, not being solved. As far as my kid being injured. As far as my child’s behavior changing to where she is now aggressive towards other kids at this Daycare to where they continue to play with parents money . This Daycare is ran by a complete ignorant man that is just there to collect a paycheck. Man does not know how to have a proper meeting instead he’s intimidated by a woman sticking out for her kid that is wrongfully being treated and neglected instead, the man wants to dismiss a kid instead of solving a problem. The man’s name is John. This Daycare is very unprofessional. They do not care about the safety of the kids not only as my three-year-old not getting her butt changed, they do not supervise the kids properly. I’ve watched multiple videos of where my kid was being tormented for more than two minutes and A teacher never intervened. They are so shortstaffed to which kids become neglected and make them act differently. The daycare is overpriced for all the days that they request to have off such as Halloween. They wanted you to pick your kids up at 5 o’clock, even though the daycare does not close until 6 and did not even try to reimburse the parents that actually do pay $150 weekly without any assistance if you want a Daycare that can give you an agenda of what the kid does for the week if you want a Daycare to which you can trust the employees if you want a Daycare to where , your kid is learning and not just watching TV. DO NOT choose this Daycare they do NOT care. They are only there to make a paycheck. You don’t get to meet the teachers they do not greet you. They do not speak to you unless your kid is getting written up or suspended even if they are three years old by far The WORST Daycare I have ever even heard us. This Daycare should be one is being posted about how your kids are being abused, even if they have cameras, your kids are still being abused every video that I have watched behind MY child being in trouble has always impacted in a teacher mistreating a kid. they don’t even believe in telling you when an incident happens to where your kid HAS LOST A WHOLE TOENAIL. They decide to put it on an app instead of actually calling the parents to let them know that your kid has been injured and has been crying for two hours. They do not wipe kids butts, so your kid will be going home with poop stains if your kid does not know how to properly wipe their butts . So the reason they have less than three stars is because there’s never been changes new management or not. This is still a very Ran down Daycare that needs to be shut down. And John needs to go to a customer service class and learn how to have a proper conversation. He has a horrible lack of understanding and communication. John is not someone who deserves to run a company if no one knows his wife is owner and she obviously doesn’t know what’s happening at her own daycare sad story . John never met my boyfriend a day in his life and asked my boyfriend who is he picking up my boyfriend stayed my child’s name and the damn didn’t even ask for my boyfriend ID … didn’t verify if MY BOYFRIEND was even on the check out list .. what’s the point in having a checkout list if you can’t even CHECK SOMEONES ID?
