The Wyckoff Reformed Church Nursery Sch

My son has had an amazing experience at WRCNS. He is graduating this year and wishes he could stay longer! Every morning when we pull into the parking lot he says, “we’re home!” As a mom, it is very comforting to know how much he loves his school, how safe he feels being there and how loved he has been by his teachers and his friends! 🥰

Our toddler started at WRCNS this last year and we love it there. The staff (director and teachers) are so welcoming, kind, and accessible to chat. I love the layout of the classrooms and the way the day is run, the encouragement of outdoor play and independence and the communication on brightwheel. There’s opportunities for parents to volunteer in their children’s class and for bigger events and also a good mix of events at different times so that parents have the opportunity to get to know one another. Absolutely recommend this school and looking forward to our next year there!

This the second year having been part of WRCNS and we love it. They are a play focused school that treat each child as individuals. Lots of outdoor play and nurturing. My son was having a hard time in the classroom and they have been really supportive in helping us navigate the situation. They are in constant communication and give you updates on school events and classroom activities daily/ weekly on the brightwheel app. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone.

Wyckoff Reformed Nursery holds a special place in our hearts. It is such a special school. My son started at age 3 and my daughter at age 2. It’s hard to leave your young children in some one else’s care. I really appreciate a place you can trust. Every staff member is so kind and dedicated. The kids love going to school each day. My son stays for enrichments each day until 3pm and he doesn’t want to leave when I come to get him. They have such interesting programs. My son loves cooking with Chef Angie! It helped him, a very picky eater, try new foods. The kids learn so much but are allowed to be kids. All staff are like family as they answer questions and provide resources to a few parenting issues that arose well beyond the classroom. Everyone is so approachable helpful and caring. Kat the director fosters a community between parents and staff. She goes above and beyond for the kids creating fun events to dealing with tantrums and helping children adjust on tough days. They do community outreach to teach these young minds beyond themselves, there are people in need. The resident “celebrity” music teacher Mrs Katzban is a favorite. My children love music class and all the songs they learn. They get excited everytime they see her. Sara the ministry director does such a good job introducing Jesus to the children in an age appropriate manner. She also hosts family events. The whole staff continues to do new things and improve. I cannot say enough good things about this school. Kat snd staff is such a blessing to me and my family!!!

All 3 of our children have attended/attend WRCNS. There is nowhere around like this school! The ENTIRE staff is nurturing, enthusiastic, and truly wonderful with the children. They go above and beyond every day to make sure the kiddos have an amazing experience. They have had such a positive impact on our children and we are beyond thankful for teachers, staff, and administrators. Our oldest son was incredibly prepared for kindergarten; academically and emotionally. Our 2 children who are currently enrolled wake up every morning excited to go to school which is such a great feeling. Thank you WRCNS for your commitment to our children! We are very thankful for all your hard work.
