Hi! I understand everyone has different experiences and perspectives but do not let the reviews in here scare you. I’m an educator so trust that I know a thing or 2 about order, safety and education! I just want to say I toured this place with Jennifer last school year while I was pregnant with my son and had a 2 year old. She took me around everywhere, answered my questions and we engaged in great small talk. I toured this place because a coworker of mine suggested it of all places in the area and said she use to work there and that it’s a good and safe place. Months go by, I kept open communication after having my son, enjoyed maternity leave but I was honestly a nervous wreck thinking about my kids going into daycare. I went to daycare and I have seen some stuff (from my child perspective) and it was eating me alive. After multiple FB posts in local mom groups, enough people had amazing things to say. Fast forward, my kids started in October and our now 3 year old was not potty trained and would NOT even entertain that idea. Her teacher made a plan for her and said “we will get her potty trained” and after 2 or 3 days, she was. That alone meant so much to me and my child found so much confidence from that. We have also enjoyed parties during holidays in the class together as parents are invited. My daughter is coming home learning letters, coloring in the lines, tracing and showing me sign language?! My daughter now has best friends, we play “teacher” where there is obviously routine, good reinforcements in place because we see the mimicking of it at home during play! My infant son is so well taken care of, I can’t be more grateful. The class is not overcrowded, they genuinely love him and communicate and bring things up with me they show concern about or things he needs that complexly slip my mind. The teachers are so thoughtful, we got the sweetest cards and gifts from our children and hand written letters from the teachers. I cannot say enough amazing things. We are not local, we don’t know a lot of people, I have no ties to this day care other than it’s where my kids are so loved and enjoy being each day. Thank you Jennifer and team!

I would not recommend this daycare. As a parent, one of the most important things I expect is that my children are cared for fairly, with respect, and that I am kept informed when something happens. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. There was a situation where my child was treated in ways that I felt were inappropriate and not handled with the professionalism you would expect. Jennifer Taylor, the person in charge at this facility, gave explanations and written statements that shifted blame onto my children instead of addressing the actual problem. This left me with the impression that the priority was protecting the daycare rather than being honest and accountable with parents. Because of these concerns, I have already filed a complaint with the Division of Child Development and Early Education, and I will continue to pursue further action if necessary to ensure accountability. Parents deserve a safe and supportive environment for their children, where problems are handled fairly and communication with families is open and honest. Sadly, I did not experience that here, and the facility’s current 3.1 star rating on Google should serve as a warning for other parents.

WOW!! This rating is horrible. I was actually expecting to be among a small group of people with a bad review, damn. ANYWAY, this RATING is very legit. The owner is a snob, and some of the staff are rude along with her. If you have an emergency which will of course make you late they will charge you HUNDREDS of dollars. Like outrageous numbers. If your an hour late itll be about 600 bucks and they wont let your kids come back until its paid. Now I dont want to say its because of skin color but Im just curious if anyone else would get the same treatment. The owner will talk bad about you in front of your children. I can keep going but im sure you get the idea. Now let it be clear. The education level they give these babies are like 5 star, your child will learn a lot. But there is a glitch in the matrix if you know what I mean. O Yea. Make sure you bring your ID, they just might Card you to pick up your own damn seed. If you have another choice DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD GO TO THIS DAYCARE. If you have to go to anger management cause you might have back hand one of them clowns.

I would not recommend this facility for childcare. The staff allowed my daughter to be bitten by insects, while crying and asking for help for an extended period of time without checking on her. I’ve since removed her. Having utilized childcare facilities over the years, there’s a lot left to be desired at this location. If you’re looking for efficient childcare, please pass this one by and keep searching.

This daycare is one of the most unorganized, dysfunctional, dirty, unfriendly daycare. The school age kids are kept in a fenced in yard with no toys or anything to play with. The younger teachers just let the little ones cry
