The teachers and director all love your child as if they were their own. Our child loved this school and we hate that we are leaving (we don’t need full time and they don’t offer part time). The staff welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is that they used Facebook messenger to communicate with families. However they do communicate very well 💜
Both of my boys went to their summer camp program and my youngest to their daycare/preschool. Everyone I dealt with was kind, thoughtful, and truly cared about each child.
Update: the director has reached out to me about this issue and expressed her concerns. She is also going to work on her team to fix how they answer the phone and identify themselves. The assistant director couldn’t provide me their name over the phone. I’ll be taking my child someplace else. Here’s a example of a proper way to answer the phone “thank you for holding this is _____ how can I help you.” She answered the phone “ummm hey “ I asked “your name is” and she said “no how can I help you!” I wouldn’t ever bring my kid to a place that people have to dodge others on the phone.
Staff is above the rest. They are not just like daycare workers they are our extended family for us while I am at work.
They love your children as if they were their own.
