My son absolutely loves the staff and the school, the location is safe for your little one , when I drop him off I know he is in safe hands. The place is extremely clean, I love the religious tradition and also being taught Spanish culture. Lots of activities for kids. The Owner is a great person very caring and passionate about her children at the school, she is always there and willing to help.

My daughter has gone here for 2 years and I'm so happy with their team. I feel supported, the communication is always clear and consistent. My daughter is always happy and excited to tell me about her day when I pick her up. Each teacher feels like family. She definitely learns alot.

What can I say about this day care the owner and staff are so friendly and the faculty is amazing . The playground is great and my 2 kids love it here. It was unfortunate that we moved from Florida and had to find a new day care. I would definitely recommend The Tree House to any parent. Thanks for the great care of my kids.

This is by far ran by the most uneducated and unethical director/teachers. As a first time mother and daycare experience my sons first week here was horrible. The first day I brought him was Monday- Walk in no one in the office some other teacher opens the door I proceed to tell her it his first day and he’s in the toddler class. We go in she says what’s his name and I tell her, she then puts her arms out to take him of course he starts crying he doesn’t know her. I pass him to her she says okay you can leave now it’s better you don’t stick around so he will stop crying. Excuse me first of all you don’t ask me anything about him other than his name. Not even what does he like nothing. She was not even the teacher I had met so I asked where his teacher was she then told me she would not be in today because she was at a educational class. Why was this not told to me the week before I signed him up? I rather him come his first day to his teacher not meet someone and then the next day do it all over with someone else. He’s 1 and half he’s never been with anyone but family. I’m not the mother to just drop my kid anywhere and leave. Second day when picking him up I noticed the teacher just sitting on the bench at the playground not interacting with the kids at all. Third day I come in the morning and she tells another teacher in Spanish that he doesn’t have dress clothes; it was picture day. No one told me that it was picture day or he had to wear dress clothes and not his uniform. She needed the other teacher to tell me in English if I could go get him clothes. So I did and it then worried me she can not speak English how can she teach my son if she doesn’t speak English? I kept saying let me give it till Friday to see how the rest of the days go. I asked his teacher everyday how it went and the only responses were— It was okay, it was good. Never nothing about he did great doing this activity, he plays nicely, he ate pasta. Nothing at all a short bla response. Forth day his father picked him up he said he seen another child hit our son in the back. They are kids it happens I get it but like I said again where was the teacher sitting on the bench. I then was like okay that’s it I will tell the owner/director tomorrow that it’s his last day that I’m not liking the communication here or the organization and the teacher. My son cried when he seen the building I felt so bad and I didn’t even want to leave him. We go inside the teacher already seemed annoyed that he was crying. I waited by the door till I heard him quite then I left. The director was never there in the mornings and only twice I seen her in the afternoon. So by 9:30 I get a call to pick my son up that he had bit another child. I go and ask the director why did my son bit the other kid? She said I don’t know he’s been biting 3 times already and I said oh really so why the teacher tells me every day that his day was good? And she said I don’t know. I told her okay well my son has been around other kids his age and has never bit anyone. His aunt has watched him since a newborn she has other kids his same age and that never once happened. The director was rolling her eyes at me shrugging her shoulders and I told her my experience the past week and she did not care at all. I told her are you the owner she said yes I am. I told her then you should care about my child and how my experience here was and take my opinion about this place. The problem starts with the owner and then that just goes to show what kind of staff she has. The tour day she was the sweetest elderly women then it was like your child is just a paycheck drop him here and go. Absolutely not!!! A parent that loves their child wants to know what he ate for lunch and how his day was. I rather pay $200 a week to someone that is caring and loving and shows that they enjoy the children then some negative bad energy environment. I highly recommend you do not ever put your child in this daycare and have a horrible experience that we did.

I want to tell you about this daycare, it was the most bitter experience of our lives, I had my 18-month-old son where he was mistreated by a teacher where it was evidenced through videos, when this happened when I found out why my son arrived scratched all his arms full of blood was made known to the director where I never received support from her at the time, the worst thing was that she wanted to talk about the matter outside the school, where by law she was omitting the things that were happening, she only told me that I would give him two weeks, obviously in two weeks everything in the videos will be deleted, that is only done by people who want to hurt and are negligent, that showed me that there is no professional who can treat children even if they have titles of anything they serve them because my child was unhappy, they let me burn him in the tail, they left him dirty, etc. physical and psychological problem because the child could not sleep well, I inform you of this case so that you are attentive to your children, those from daycare will always say that everything is fine but it is a lie, at first they treat you very well but when there is problems turn their back on you, check your children every day, as they arrive, they are babies and cannot express what they feel because they still do not speak, I never thought that this would happen to us and we made the complaint to be able to save from mistreatment of other children. Thanks for your attention.
