Run in the other direction! I wish someone would have warned me about the chaos that ensues at this school. We never would have sent our children here if we knew! My infant daughter experienced complete negligence in her first (and only) 2 weeks at this center. They never followed her bottle feeding schedules and gave her cake on her first day - without asking.. she’s 9 months old! We got tired of her coming home inconsolable and starving just to get runaround responses from the director about what time she actually ate and how much. Complete lack of attention. My 3 year old also had a horrible experience. Would come home with completely raw diaper rashes and terrified to potty train. Now that he’s able to talk clearly, he confirmed that kids who wear diapers in the pre school class get yelled at and then pulled my the shirt collar to the corner in time out for a long time if they make a dirty diaper… this is emotional, verbal and physical abuse (allegedly)!

My son has been at this center since he was 2 years old and he is now 7 and I absolutely love this center. My son leaves happy every single day because of how well he is treated by both other students and staff. The director is extremely easy to talk to. My son comes home every single day with something new that he has learned. I definitely recommend this center if you want a place where your child is loved and taken care of. This center is more than just a daycare because the teachers actually take the time to build a relationship with the children.

I have been using the teaching tree for many years. My oldest who is now 7 first went there for the first year or so of her life, and now my youngest two have been going here for a year now and will be until they age out. They have been nothing but wonderful to me and my kids. My kids just love their teachers, always gives them hugs when they leave for the day, and when we are home always asking when they are going back. And it’s cute seeing the teachers play around with my kids, when I pick them up they will be like “my mommy” and the teacher will be like “no that’s my mommy” and they go back n fourth like siblings. It’s to funny. I never had a bad experience with them. The communication is clear, if payment is due and for some reason I can not pay at that moment, we talk and I’m able to pay the following week. And if god for bid I miss the messages on the parent app cause that happens about my youngest not having diapers, they will say “hey she has 1 diaper left, we will need more today or we will have to charge for them today” which is completely understandable because it’s on my end for not seeing the messages. All n all, we love this place. Thank you 💕

This place should be closed honestly, the negligence that they turn a blind eye to is insane. They don’t potty train, they just put kids in “time away” for having a BM in their diaper. My son was scared to tell me he had a bm when he was home In my care after moving to Lexies class. We’re talking about 2-3 year olds. They are aggressive with the children, they don’t change diapers after 2:30 and my son has came home with BM in his diaper which has caused diaper rashes. Because of the neglect, it’s made it impossible to potty train my toddler. If you have a child who requires breathing treatments or any other special medical treatment, this is definitely not the place to go. My daughter has been admitted into the hospital several times after leaving their care because they didn’t give her the breathing treatments she was supposed ti have. They also didn’t provide her with the correct sippy cup that was dr ordered which cause her to aspirate. They lie about distributing breathing treatments and try to cover it up. When all this information was presented to the director who’s name is tiana, she just said “we’ll look into it” which she has always done in the past. But she’s lying. They never report the neglect to CPS and just let it continue to go in. It’s so bad that the teachers there don’t even like to bring their own children with them. The list goes on and on. Save your money and send them somewhere else. The place is corrupt from the owners down and they just lie & sugar coat things. I wish I would’ve trusted my intuition a long time ago instead of trusting the director! Also, they threaten the teachers not to talk to parents. The amount of times that a teacher tried to tell me of the problems going on w/ out directly telling me because of the fear of losing their job or having “legal problems” is insane. They’re actually supposed to report any neglect to cps but they’re scared to so they all just fail the children. They never fired tiana they still allow her to work there after all the things she’s swept under the rug. Even after admitting that SHE didn’t give my daughter her meds! A lot of teachers came forward after hearing I complained and all called to make a CPS report. They’re so sneaky, they never even informed parents about being put on the probation period like they were supposed to. They even got dinged for that on the government site. Just look them up on the government childcare website you can see all their citations, that should tell you enough! I tried to post the URL but google won’t allow me. It’s called carefinder

I have CCDF vouchers which pays for daycare minus my co pay. I had experienced a miscarriage and pulled my youngest. I was emailed once and called several times letting me know that I had swipes to complete however I was not told a specific deadline. I also was told my billing information had been removed. I finally approved the late attendance when I got too it not knowing there was a date and time to complete it by. After this was completed they cleaned out my bank account 700+. This isn’t the first time they have taken large sums of money without clear communication as to what was being taken when and why. Keep that in mind when choosing this provider.
