When I arrived at 11:30A and checked in at registration desk, I was informed that the test had been canceled and they had called me and left a message. The other test I was to have wasn't until 2 which I didn't know. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and did everything she could to help me out. She called the dept that was to do my CCTA and they said they could work me in. Everyone in that dept was very pleasant and the test was done by a friendly person who made me very comfortable. Great work by everyone that day. 👍💯
I have never had any complaints from my visits to Lutheran over the last 16 years. I have been there for office visits for a variety of specialists, plus I’ve had outpatient surgery there. Everywhere I have been has been clean and organized; from the offices, to waiting rooms and even the restrooms. As a total bonus they have valet parking! How convenient for a place as big as this! They also have plenty of parking spaces, as well as a parking garage that is free.
4.5 out of 5 stars. The process for outpatient surgery was smooth, especially pre-registration online saves a lot of waiting time and signing documents. Staff was polite and informative. Procedure was smooth, no complications. Needs a little more sense of humor for my personality. Otherwise excellent facilities and staff. Thank you!
I had A very good stay at Lutheran icu and surgery. All the nurses and doc staff were great. Thay all took very good care of me. Anna and Mariah my nurses were great. I had 1 other nurse in the first start of my stay that was great as well. All the docs were right on top of my care. Thank you for a good experience. Gloria Coleman
When I was taking my son to the bathroom before his CT scan I saw an ultrasound machine with someone's information sitting face up on it. It had everything from ssn to address (I know this because I have had multiple ultrasounds while pregnant with know what the paperwork looks like) I immediately brought it to the person who works there's attention (she was in the room across the hall) and I was immediately met with an attitude when I told her. She tried to justify it. DO NOT GO TO LUTHERAN HOSPITAL!!! THEY BREECH HIPPA FORMS!!!!
