Afterschool staff told my special needs son he could not use the bathroom on multiple occasions when they go out side. Daycare director said “if they don’t go when we ask them then no they can’t go later because it’s a supervision issue”. You can NOT deny a child from using the bathroom. They are kids. I spoke with corporate and she said she would address them. I hope and pray they do better for other kids however mine wont be back
I recently enrolled my daughter at The Sunshine House in Grayson, and after just three days, I can already say we are thrilled with our choice. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere put us at ease. The teachers and staff are incredibly attentive and caring, making my daughter feel right at home. I know I’m a kid and I’m not supposed to write a reviews but I was at that daycare and it looks great in all but that was now fun for me. I know I was a little bad kid there but now I’m going up and going to sixth grade. I did not like it not one bit. I hate taking naps. I don’t just we need naps and I have respect for that, but I don’t have respect for is that one of my friends there some of y’all staffs told her to yell at me saying leave me alone and that hurt me and it made me confused They didn’t just discipline me. They made me feel pain at a little age. but I hope y’all are doing great on your job. I thank you for you helping me to grow up -Bryley gant
I had such a great experience at Sunshine House in Grayson! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the children. Raven gave my daughter and I a tour after we signed up on the GA Pre-K waitlist. I appreciated her assistance and kindness after letting me know about the rather long wait list. A few of the other daycares I visited staff were dismissive and short. Sunshine House - Grayson meets my expectations and would be a great fit for my daughter this upcoming school year!
My daughter was there last year and really liked the school. Very friendly environment with a great principal and teachers. My son is also now enrolled in this wonderful preschool. Keep up the good work !!
