What Parents Say
The Success Learning Academy has highly polarized reviews. Positive reviews praise the staff's ability to help children overcome shyness and create a welcoming atmosphere. However, negative reviews cite serious concerns including a child left unattended on the playground for 30+ minutes, allegations of physical handling by staff, lack of transparency with parents, and unprofessional behavior from management.
I went to see if the reviews were true. And its true. I am a firm believer that if i walk in a day care with no children in it, then its a bad center. Also the office staff was smirk and give off bad vibes of negativity. I do not recommend this center to anyone who loves there child. This school and center is ghetto and should be closed. Everything that glitter is not gold. Talk like they are good but clearly they are not.
So yesterday I received a phone call that my 2 yr old son Is involved in a investigation that’s going on with his current daycare right now it was a incident where he was left out side for 30 or more minutes alone on the playground. Obviously They didn’t do a head count and probally never do to assure all the kids were present back in the class room.. The daycare is still is under investigation and I only found out because an investigator called me to follow up which I knew nothing about it.. the school been hiding the incident all this time . This incident happened May first . My baby could be traumatized from this, I could have consoled my child after he experience this NEGLECT but they failed to notify me because they felt it wasn’t that serious . The director stated. If it wasn’t serious no one would be fired , but y’all trying to sweep this under the rug, But if it was your child I bet it would be serious then. @thesuccesslearningacademy 2600 flatshoals road college park ha 30349
My son attends the Pre K at other school....and my older children attend the Wright school on Flat Shoals and the afterschool program.... I love the staff at both locations. My Pre-K (Micah) enjoys being in school... I love the over all atmosphere...
The staff are excellent with my daughters. When they first started they were so shy but thanks to the school my girls have came out of they shyness. I love both locations and they are very supportive
I hate that my son is here. The refuse to allow me to see anything in writing concerning my son. When I pick him up he’s constantly saying that he’s being hit a pushed down by the teachers and other kids.
