Let me tell yall This is my son’s first daycare and we love it. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming my one year old loves his teachers he’s in infant #2 his teachers are amazing they got my baby learning and saying his abc’s, 123, yes and no’s and he’s learning Spanish . The way he runs to his teachers when he see’s them tells me everything that I needed to know and ms. Shannon thank you for being so amazing and understanding. Tife and his parents really appreciate you and all that you do, God Bless🙏🏾❤️
Hello I'm Megan Jones, I hate unfortunately that this matter had to come to a Google review being left about this particular preschool however, DONT send your child here. Customer service and care for your child will not be well taken care of. I recently decided to try to enroll my children into this specific location, however once I spoke directly to the director (Mrs. Shannon) she told me that she is not willing to take my family and my family was not welcome. Even though She has availability. Continue to ask her if my children caused any problem she stated no she just wasn't wanting my kids at her location. I have also contacted State to come out to the school too as well. Just to check on the system and how things are being ran. I really hope this message finds a parent well. Who is looking for a school for their child unfortunately, the school is not the one please continue to search.
I had a tough time finding a daycare, but this was the only one with available slots. At first glance, it seemed overcrowded. I observed daily yelling, and one teacher even changed her tone when I arrived. My child was bullied and came home with missing items various times. My baby’s diaper rash was frequent, and the issues continue . I feel very sorry for these kids and MINE for having to go through this. I won’t be returning EVER. I hope they get new staff that will actually prioritize the children’s safety and they find a better way to handle bullying.
I was very devastated with the unprofessionalism of the owner within this daycare. When a parent chooses a daycare for their child to attend they look for integrity, professionalism, great customer service, cleanliness and etc. The owner is completely disrespectful which is completely distasteful. Please take your child/children somewhere you are respected and regardless of the circumstances PROFESSIONALISM remains.
My grandson attended this daycare and all I can say is they did him wrong by withdrawing him a few weeks before PreK Graduation after he had attended since he was almost 2. They aren't very professional and some of the teaching staff plainly put do not enjoy their jobs. I wish them well but know that my grand baby is very happy & is continuing to thrive now that he is "not" in that environment.
