The Sapling School

Caring and attentive staff, lots of natural sunlight in the rooms (pointing this out as some day cares don't have this), very organized administration, clean facility, cameras in the classroom that parents can view through an app. Priority on safety, have double doors where the front doors are open but the inner doors are always locked and you need either a passcode or to be buzzed in by staff. Great communication in real time and with daily summaries through a dedicated app.

Our experience at Sapling School was truly exceptional. As new parents, we were filled with anxiety about leaving our 7 months old daughter in daycare, but the Sapling School quickly put our minds at ease. The entire staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like our daughter was part of their extended family. We were consistently impressed by the level of care and attention she received. The communication between teachers and parents was outstanding. They kept us informed about our daughter's progress, shared photos and updates, and were always available to answer our questions. The school's facilities are immaculate, and their sanitization procedures are top-notch. Unfortunately, we had to leave Sapling School as our daughter got into State sponsored program, and it was a heartbreaking decision, and we would wholeheartedly recommend the school to any parent seeking a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child."

My daughter has been attending The Sapling School since she was 5 months old. Now at 16 months, our experience over the past year has been nothing short of excellent. As an educator myself, I place a high value on safety and communication, and the staff at Sapling consistently exceed my expectations. Both the former director and the current one, Ms. Jess, have been incredibly responsive. Any concerns I've had (which have been rare) are always addressed promptly and effectively. The school is well-organized and thoughtfully managed. I appreciate features like the secure entry system with passcodes, classroom cameras for added peace of mind, and the thorough sanitation practices for the toys and classrooms. Most importantly, the teachers I've met have been warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Having toured several schools in the area—sometimes more than once—I can confidently say that The Sapling School offers the best quality at the best value. Definitely consider giving them a visit!

ETA: We moved 30 minutes away and left Sapling for somewhere closer to our new home. We were very unhappy with our new facility. We toured more centers in our area but it was clear that Sapling was where we needed to be. We returned to Sapling today and I, again, could not be happier with our choice! A huge thank you to the Sapling School and their staff for creating such a warm and healthy environment for all the kids! My children have been enrolled at the Sapling School for about 9 months and we could not be happier with our choice. Everyone is so caring and gentle with them - I truly feel like I'm leaving them with family every day. They take safety and building security very seriously, sending frequent reminders of the facility policies so everyone is aware. I love that I can pop open an app and see what my kids are doing while we are apart. I'd list a few of our favorite staff, however, everyone is great. Even the teachers that aren't in the rooms with my children know them and interact with them, so much so that they're comfortable giving them hugs on their way out! We are so happy with Sapling School and all the friends we've made there!

We will forever be so grateful for the time our daughter spent at the Sapling School! As first time parents we were so anxious about putting our daughter into daycare but the Sapling School quickly dissolved all our nerves. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming, we truly felt they became an extension of our little family and loved on our baby girl just as much as we do. The communication between teachers and parents is exceptional. The facilities are so clean and they have a great system to sanitize everything. The only reason we left Sapling School is because we moved 40mins away and we are completely heartbroken that we could not keep our daughter enrolled. Ms. Kerry and the entire staff have set the bar so high for us and I would recommend the school over and over again.
