I called the first of the month for assistance and Stephanie told me that I will need to call back the 15th for rental assistance. I called most of the day but wasn’t able to reach her. When she finally answered I was advised that she tried calling me but the call kept going to vm. I said were you not able to leave a message? She said she went to the next person and she has no more funds. I feel like if the rep for Salvation Army will not take an extra step to help someone in just leaving a vm why are you saying to call back and not offer help! If I didn’t need help I wouldn’t have called numerous amount of times only to be told that she went to the next caller because no one answered instead of simply leaving a vm. I’m calling the state to report this !! Why are you advertising assistant and not offing help! I don’t know what I’m going to do at this point.!

I absolutely love my neighborhood location. Such a nice assortment of clothing and homegoods. A few of the staff members are absolutely WONDERFUL... So welcoming and personable. There is only one very crabby / unfriendly lady that works there (she's possibly a Supervisor? Manager?) If she didn't have an attitude I'd give it 5 stars!
