Had a house fire to where I lost everything, instead of helping us the lady on the phone was questioning us beyond respect and being extremely disrespectful as if she went through the fire…..disrespectful is a understatement and if you can only help us with small items than okay please do so but your making it seem like we are looking for a whole bunch of free stuff. Please come to my and see the damage, the audacity to tell me what I should and should not do in my situation like I have any options to begin with. NEVER SEEK HELP FROM SALVATION ARMY. THEY ARE BEING VERY PATIENT WITH YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY AINT GO THROUGH A FIRE. DISGUSTING
Disrespectful. Dont offer help to people who have just recently had a house fire and lost everything if your only concern is why should you help us. We provided fire report and referral and you guys treated us like we are just out here looking for a freebie. MY CHILDREN LOST EVERYTHING, dont ask about our situation to then say we are asking for every little thing we mentioned to be replaced! We said we would love for any little help necessary! You maam whoever you are over the phone is the very problem with this world. DISGUSTING AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL OVER THE PHONE IS A UNDERSTATEMENT ., you did not go through the house fire and you did not experience any loss to treat us the way you did!! NEVER SEEK HELP FROM THIS VILE PLACE EVER AGAIN! DISGRACEFUL AND SHAME ON YOU
My tenant goes for assistance after I gave her an eviction notice.I don't have a problem with that, I have a problem with them requesting my SSI#. I called and verified and said, I don't feel comfortable with my tenant having my SS#. Was told, we don't need it, just your banking info, so we can make a one time payment. A week later, now they need the SSI. If this is for tax purposes, a separate discreet form should have been sent.
Everything from the Angel Tree distribution was either used/opened/missing pieces, or damaged and only 1 of my kids was shopped for. Very disappointing considering I was counting on them for gifts for my kids
Best friend of mine asked me to pick up her kids Christmas presents after she asked what she needed in advance for someone else to pick up for her and they told her a message from her with a picture of her ID and her ticket number she would be fine when I got there to pick up for her they would not let me said I had to have her actual copies even though they did not tell her that on the phone
