I have twin 4 year olds that need extra attention and help. The staff here welcomed the boys in and have been working hard to help prepare them for school. The twins have been attending for over a year and the developmental skills have greatly improved. My sons love the staff and have been able to better adjust in new environments due to their continuous work with them. The building is always clean and secure. The classrooms are well organized and maintained. The teachers provide the care and passion that the children need for success.
Went for a tour there the other day and was so disappointed everything was going good until the office lady took me back downstairs where I heard the preschool teacher yelling and talking horrible to the kids. One of the students was crying uncontrollably because of the way she was talking to him. Beware for your kids to go there if they can talk to a students like that knowing someone is taking a tour they do not care about your kids.
4 of my 5 children attend discovery. My oldest also attended this daycare from the ages of 5-12. The staff is excellent caring and patient with all of my children. They treat them as if they are their own , and educate them and make sure they are ready for grade school. The owners are awesome and I would recommend discovery if your looking for a daycare that treats your children with love and care. The are also very flexible and willing to work with your schedule.
My 3 children have been with the daycare 11 years pretty since it has opened. We have grown with the daycare. The building is kept very clean, and always kid friendly. The staff has become like family. They celebrate every birthday holiday every accomplishment. My kids thrive in this daycare. The preschool program that all three of my kids attended there is top tier had all of my kids very well prepared for kindergarten. The transport to and from school has also gave me a peace of mind.
My son has attended Discovery Kids for about a year now and I am happy with the switch. Not only do the hours of operation work for my family and I but the to and from school is a blessing! My son just loves his teachers and I feel as if they have a genuine love for him! All around a great Atmosphere for young children!
