The New Rochelle Day Nursery

Both my children attended New Rochelle Day nursery. Ms. Allison was an amazing teacher to both my kids. She was kind, patient, loving and taught them so much. We have stayed in contact over the years and she always checks in and congratulates them on their accomplishments over the years. I would highly recommend this school to any parent.

I highly recommend sending your child to New Rochelle Day Nursery. Our daughter spent 2 years at NRDN and recently graduated from their Pre-K program. We are so thankful we made the choice to send her to NRDN. From the start, our daughter always told us how much she loved it there and how much she loved her teachers and her friends from class. In Ms. Allison and Ms. Shante’s class, her social-emotional learning and academic development were nurtured in a way that produced results that we could see at home. They are both truly gifted educators and foster a Pre-K environment that teaches students how to be part of a team, while thriving as individuals. In 3-K, our daughter attended Ms. Twana and Ms. Silvana’s class. She had an amazing time, learned so much, and we were so impressed with what she accomplished. She built such a strong foundation. The admin team that runs the facility, Ms. Sabrina, Ms. Dawn, and Ms. Karin are excellent and it is apparent that they take great care in the service they provide to their students and families. As our daughter heads to kindergarten, we are more at ease because we know she is prepared. NRDN has had a large hand in that. It is a special place, staffed with wonderful educators and staff.

My daughter went to New Rochelle day nursery for approximately 2 years. I went through 3 class levels with my daughter, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Tammy and Ms. Allison. The teachers are super amazing. The curriculum is TOP notch. Your child will learn so much and they genuinely care about your child’s interest. They are hands on, in depth, creative and teach with a lot of fun. My daughter enjoyed her classes and learnt so much especially with her pre-k teacher Ms. Allison, she is super amazing! They have freshly prepared meals daily and a great play area. They are strict about their covid protocols so at no point was I worried about sending my child there because of how carefully it was followed! The staff is pleasant and definitely try to stay on top of administrative or any other issues. If there is an issue (which rarely occurred), it is dealt with timely and professionally. The administration is strict about payment (understandably) so you have to be on time with that.

Our son had a great time at NRDN. His teacher Ms Allison was amazing with him. She helped him grow, confident and ready for kindergarten. He also made such great friendships in his class. We could not thank his teachers enough for giving him such experience at this preschool.

My daughter had a wonderful time at NRDN for almost 2 years. Especially I can’t say enough thank you to Ms. Allison. She is the most caring teacher for your child. She was very observative for my daughter and shared with me any concerns or issues to get things better. She was trying to find the best solutions for my daughter all the time. My daughter leaned a lot from her and she enjoyed her class a lot every day. We are very lucky to have Ms. Allison for the Pre-k, and we won’t forget her that she was there for my daughter during the most important time in her life. The staff and teachers are very kind & sweet, but their Covid-19 protocol is too strict, sometimes I couldn’t understand what rules they were following, it was vague and I was not guided for what I should do correctly and properly. I know they are very cautious for keeping everybody safe, but I felt like it was way too much sometimes for a working mom. Generally, I recommend NRDN, I wish all the best to all the teachers and staffs. Thank you so much!
