Before Mom went back to work, we explored ALL the options, from nannies and day cares to the high-end, highly-lauded schools in the city. Now, our daughter is heading into her 3rd year at The Nest, and we can’t find enough places to say great things about this school. Mandy and Kristi’s careful growth and leadership have made The Nest the very best nursery school in Atlanta. The teachers are PHENOMENAL!!! Each and every teacher there is attentive, loving, and highly skilled at executing the experience and relationship-based learning philosophy. Not only is our daughter blossoming mentally, emotionally, creatively and socially, she’s truly happy here. The Nest is in walking distance, but if it weren’t, I’d drive across the city in Atlanta traffic to make sure our daughter went here.
Our infant daughter is going to the Nest and we had a great experience so far. student-teacher ratio is exceptional with currently 6 babies and 2 teachers. It is a non-profit and tuition for the infant room is currently only $1200. Leadership is fully engaged and in the classroom every day. Everything is very well organized and communication is outstanding. All the teachers are very loving with the little ones, very caring, always responsive, whether its a phone call, text message or email. Classroom is very nicely organized and decorated with a lot of attention to detail, which makes it a very homey place. The location on Moreland is not great with all the traffic, but the school is growing a lot and looking to move to Grant Park. I wish I had known about the Nest earlier!
Many thanks to the Nest Academy. My kids learned so much while there. They were constantly stimulated and excited to share what they learned. The staff is responsive and graduation is always incredible.
Exceptional community of people and families. Marley attended the Nest during the pandemic and we feel that this center provided excellent communication and exhibited tremendous efforts to make the best choices for the children. We love and miss them!
