My first review gave all 5 stars. Then, this daycare started demanding money first, before care was given. Meaning, I, now, have to pay ahead! All my previous payments were never missed! I also get charged for the days THEY SAY I can't come in if THEY THINK my child is too sick (even when I prove they are COVID negative). So, not only am I losing money by having to take off of work the em'teenth time, but I am losing money by paying for care I am not receiving.

Teachers are great but the director and Unity Point leadership do not care what parents think about decisions that are made regarding children. If you ask questions, this place will take it out on your kids. "Parents do not have a say in our policies" direct quote.
