Wonderful school!! The teachers and staff are encouraging and supportive. It is easy to get in contact with the teachers and the director. My kids have really learned a lot and have enjoyed the learning process. I would recommend this school to anyone that is looking for smaller classroom sizes and teaches who use a personal teaching style catered to each individual student
So incredibly disappointed in this program and the new leadership. Was once a fantastic school with an incredible director. Things have gone downhill and we ultimately pulled our child a few months ago. We were always willing to look past the small classrooms and outdated facilities because the teachers were so amazing. There is now a lot of turnover and staffing issues. Poor communication as well. Consistency is so important for young children and unfortunately they can’t provide that. Perhaps under different leadership, things could change. Lots of amazing programs in Stafford so had no trouble finding another daycare. I would not send my child to this program if it were the last daycare on earth.
I LOVE THIS SCHOOL! They have curriculum they actually follow and my child has learned so much. We have been at several daycares to include the CDCs on military bases and this school beats them all. The staff care about your children and want to see them learn. This is a career for them not just another job.
Due to a lack of communication, high rate of teacher turnover, and concerning behaviors from our then-3yr old son, we switched from his previous daycare facility to Merit School of Garrisonville. We’ve been nothing but impressed with the great communication and lengths to which the staff has gone to assist our son through an especially challenging phase. We have recommended Merit School of Garrisonville to friends moving to the area as well as others, locally, seeking a change in their childcare situation.
We've sent two children to Merit School in a few different classrooms from Fall 2022 through Spring 2024. We are happy with our experience so far. We find the staff and teachers to be kind and patient. Our children are happy and grow here.
