Our family loves Malvern School Newtown Square as we have been sending our children there for the past 7 years. We have loved how welcoming the staff all are as well as hearing about how much fun our kids have at school. The teachers do an amazing job at making sure our kids have a good day and sending us a report and we know they are in good hands every day. We also enjoy the extra special things that the Malvern school does for the school like the Fall Festival, multicultural night, and many other things. Our kids love going to school and we love sending them!
I toured the Malvern School in Newtown Square and was extremely disappointed. The facility was dirty and disorganized, which immediately raised concerns about the level of care and attention given to the children. Despite this, I was hopeful and put down a deposit after being told there was an 8-month wait for availability. Fast forward — I waited patiently, followed up multiple times, and was consistently met with no response or updates. It became clear that they take deposits from interested parents without any real intention of offering a spot. It feels misleading and unethical. They’ve kept my deposit and never followed through on their promise of availability. I would strongly caution other parents to look elsewhere. Transparency and cleanliness should be the bare minimum — and unfortunately, this school failed on both fronts.

It has been a great experience sending our children here the past few years. I feel as though their experience has been very valuable in terms of their overall development, both academically and socially. Recently, there has been an alarming amount of turnover- I feel like it is a totally new school now because most of the former teachers have moved on to different opportunities. One can only hope that the same standard of care and education will be maintained past this transition.
I was actually very happy with this school/location. My almost 3 year old son went here, and he loved it! He was only there for a few months due to him being accepted into a program (he has special needs) so I was actually sad when we left the school, as well as he was. If ever needed again, he would most definitely go back to this school, and this will probably be the school I send his little brother to a few years after he is born.
