We just threw a baby shower for my daughter at NSPC. The room was perfect for our guests (50) and Joe and Heather at the church made the entire rental process so smooth. Wonderful help with communication , set up and take down of tables and chairs and helpful suggestions as to how the room would work best for our crowd. Highly recommend this venue for any type of celebration.
A big hearty greeting is sure to make you feel welcome from members of this congregation. No matter your denomination you will not feel lost when entering this house of worship. The pastor is very friendly and offers the most interesting sermons. Singing in the choir is a wonderful experience and our choir director is dynamic.
I was first introduced to NSPC when my children attended the preschool there. After a couple years of getting to know the teachers and the church staff I wanted our family to be part of a church group that really cared about the children. Pastor Jean is fantastic and really cares for her church members. If you looking for a church with a more of a family feel then this is a wonderful place to be.
I've been a member of NSPC for 40 years. It's my second home (sometimes my first!), and I am spiritually fulfilled by our amazing pastor and her sermons and our many wonderful programs, leaders and members. The church is thriving and continues to grow in members and financially. I am one of many who have happily assumed leadership roles in order to contribute to the momentum. The presence of the Holy Spirit within the walls of NSPC is truly palpable when one walks through the doors. Visitors find us warm and welcoming, and most of them return and eventually join the flock. Thanks be to God!
Carol Videon If you’re looking for a Christian church (of any denomination), visit Newtown Square Presbyterian Church on Sunday at 10 AM. -Friendly congregation -Genuine minister who explains the Bible and we all get closer to God -Active youth group & Sunday school -host of Newtown Square Nursery School -Welcoming and talented choir I have been a member of this church for 45 years and at each life stage I have enjoyed different activities including delivering food to Chester, knitting for charity, packing meals for Africa, and preparing communion. By the way, if you meet me, I’ll tell you I am 35!
