This place is highly unprofessional from staff down to the owner. I would not recommend sending your child here. My 4 year old is fully potty trained, but the director insisted that my daughters needs pull ups for nap time even though my child doesn't wear pull ups anymore. So I thought daycare was supposed to encourage our children to wear underwear, but this director wants my daughter wearing a pull up during nap time when she, no longer needs them. FYI they throw away the pull ups in the trash even if they wake up dry. I still continue to bring her pull ups even though, I know she doesnt need them, just too make her happy. So yesterday afternoon when picking up my daughter as soon as she saw me she broke down in tears. I just knew someone had been mean to her, hurting her feeling's . So I asked multiple times why my daughter was crying. The director was the one under her care at the moment. She completely ignored my question didn't even acknowledge the situation. So I started asking my daughter what was wrong why was she crying she was too emotional to speak. So I decided to walk away still being very upset because nobody gave me any answers about why my daughter was crying. So the next morning, she tells me that she has terminated my child's care. Not giving me a good enough reason why, making up lies about me accusing her staff of taking stuff, this director is so UNPROFESSIONAL and denial about situations. As a parent we have the right to be over protective and secure about our children being safe. This director all she does is when a any small situation come up her 1st thing to do, is to terminated the child. Making us wonder "why" questioning that her care she provides is even safe enough for our children.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT send your kids here. The director has bad morals & staff is extremely unprofessional. My oldest son was bullied by the director’s son & she just turned the other cheek & made my son out to be the bad kid. My other son got his 1st black eye here because staff was not properly watching the children. My 7 year old was choked for a minute on Tuesday by a overgrown “9 year old”. Staff didn’t intervene to stop the incident. The director has terminated my childcare the next day because she thinks her daycare is not a “good fit for me.” Please don’t send your school age kids here because I’m sure they will be assaulted too.

I am happy to finally find a daycare for my two-year-old that actually care for the children. My daughter is learning the curriculum both in English and Spanish :) The teacher is great at communicating and the director is always aware of all the events. Great care and communication. Highly recommended.

This is a sad, nasty and very unprofessional daycare. The owner lied and stated to my Son and Daughter -in -Law that they had cameras and they would be able to view them on-line. That was a lie, no cameras. The owner gave some sad story about the cable company was coming out and I guess they never made it. Today I picked up my granddaughter and I walked in the classroom and my granddaughter is biting on the bottom of the teacher's /teacher's aide shoe, while she was sitting on the floor of the classroom. I couldn't believe that this teacher was allowing my 11 month old granddaughter to do this. I was so mad, I told her I know you felt her biting on the bottom of your shoe, that is so unsanitary and you should know better. The owner will hear from Son and Daughter-in-Law tomorrow. This is nasty to allow this happen. Now, you want to tell my Son and Daughter in Law that my granddaughter in no longer allow to attend this daycare, because I came up there and saw her biting on the bottom of your staff shoe. It was also on the video that you allowed my Son and Daughter in Law to see also. RETRAIN YOUR STAFF ABOUT SANITARY CONDITIONS WHEN IT COMES TO CHILDCARE!!!! If the so-called cameras were working, I would have call the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Will gladly take her out of there.
