The Lil' School

The Lil' School is truly an incredible daycare. The teachers, staff, and administration clearly care about the children and are so communicative with the parents. The team goes above and beyond in providing engaging and enriching opportunities for the kids. From water play Fridays in the summer, magician and scientist visits, a rideable train visit, to community events, this place really gets involved in fun and unique ways. The team and location is truly unlike anywhere else. They also provide a great sense of safety, an excellent app to receive photos and daily notes through, and are available via phone or at the front desk. The administration gets involved with the kids and are clearly more than administrative/operational staff. We've had bad experiences before with a different daycare under a different company. The Lil' School and their team really helped us feel comfortable with daycare and has taken excellent care of our child. They have helped our daughter transition through multiple rooms/levels within and we've noticed her continued growth and learning with their team. We couldn't ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for care.

We have gone to The Lil School for 2 years now and can't imagine a better setting for our children. They learn so much and are so cared for. The teachers genuinely care about the kids and get excited about our kids' progress, whether it's my son learning to eat solids, or my daughter gaining confidence and socializing more. We also love the food menu!! Those kids eat GOOD over there! So much variety and healthy choices. We were here during the staff/management change and although it was unsettling at first to see the previous staff leave, they got a handle on the transition within a day or 2 and it has been smooth sailing ever since - possibly smoother than before.

The lil school is such an incredible school, I have been taking my daughter here since she was 4 months old and she is now 2.5. She loves coming to school everyday and seeing all the staff member. Every teacher and staff member at lil school is patient, kind, and attentive. They are very communicative and send update photos daily of our children’s daily activities and development. They offer water play on Fridays in the summer, soccer shots, they have had princess, super hero’s, train rides, reptile visits and more. I would highly recommend this school to anyone. It’s clear the kids feel safe, loved, seen and engaged while attending the lil school. When she was first enrolled she was only part time. The lil school was super flexible and let me choose which 3 days I wanted her to go. I believe that’s still the case and I know you can’t say that for every daycare.

I feel so great about sending my (2.5yr old) son here. HE loves it!!! He literally runs in everyday! they have wonderful communication through out everyday- which I really love and appreciate. The school has great meals and a chef , raul who is wonderful too! cant say enough good things about this place and the staff . Ran beautifully

Lil’School preschool teachers and staff have been absolutely amazing for my 4-year-old daughter, especially during a time of many transitions in our family. The teachers have shown genuine care and flexibility in meeting her specific needs, ensuring she feels both supported and nurtured every day. They create an environment that balances structured learning with play-based activities, making it both fun and enriching. Reading, math, science, art, fine motor development, social development, and inclusion are all emphasized to foster each child’s growth. As a scientist, I especially appreciate their very-thoughtful science lessons -- even for preschoolers. In the six months since enrolling, I’ve seen a clear improvement in my daughter’s language expansion, as well as her letter, word, and number recognition. There is also a strong sense of inclusivity and collaborative play among the children. I value their gentle approach to napping and eating, which respects each child’s comfort level. Communication with parents is excellent, keeping me informed of my daughter’s progress and any areas that might need extra attention. I’m grateful for how much my daughter has grown here, both academically and socially.
