We have had such a wonderful experience with our child, Esdras, attending The Learning Experience. From day one, the staff has been incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. Esdras has grown so much socially and developmentally, and it's clear that the teachers truly love what they do. The classroom environment is safe, engaging, and filled with fun learning activities that keep him excited to go to school each day. We would also like to recognize Ms. Marie and Ms. Ashley, who are truly wonderful administrators. They are always welcoming, supportive, and attentive to both the children and families. Their leadership and dedication make a big difference and give us peace of mind knowing Esdras is in such great hands. My daughter has been attending The Learning Experience in Union, NJ, since she was just six months old, and now, at 4 ½ years old, she is getting ready to move on. This has truly been more than just a school for her—it has been like a second home. The administration is incredibly supportive and always available to help, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring for parents. The teachers are absolutely amazing—caring, patient, and dedicated. My daughter adores them and speaks about them with so much love and excitement. She has grown tremendously, both academically and socially, during her time here. She has made wonderful friends and developed essential social skills that will benefit her for years to come. One of the things I love most about The Learning Experience is the amazing curriculum. She has learned so much—phonics, numbers, community events, philanthropy, and even manners. They incorporate so many fun and engaging activities, such as book fairs, pajama days, pizza parties, dress-up days, and spirit weeks, making learning exciting and enjoyable. On top of all that, as a parent of a child with multiple allergies, I truly appreciate how well they have cared for her. They have always been diligent in ensuring she avoids any allergens, giving me peace of mind that she is in safe hands every day. What sets this center apart is the genuine care and love they show for each child. They don’t just teach—they nurture, support, and encourage. I truly appreciate everything they have done for my daughter, and we will always be grateful for the amazing start they have given her. TLE is not your average child care center. It’s a family beginning with administration. My family enrolled with TLE January 2023 and immediately from registration, Ms. Ashley and Ms. Marie made my sons transition into TLE seamless. TLE was my first franchise school I’ve ever been a part of for any of my children, but they made me and my partner feel comfortable. In addition to administration, Ms. Jasmine and Ms. April (former PS2 head teacher) were absolutely AMAZING! The curriculum taught to the children were above grade level and made my son ready for kindergarten. Currently, my 10-month old attends TLE and started when she was 4 months old. Again, this was my first time ever having any of my children in a franchise setting, especially at such a young age. However, Ms. Rose, Ms. Ashley and Ms. Marie reassured me my infant was in great care. Any concerns I have, they always follow through and keep me updated on the smallest changes. We have had a wonderful experience so far at TLE with both children! It is amazing to see how much they love daycare. Whenever I take my son out of his carseat, he immediately wants to wave hello to everyone. He also reaches for his teacher in the morning. At the end of the day, my daughter and I look at the pictures from the app together so we can talk about all of her activities. When I ask her about her friends, she also names her teachers. The classrooms are clean, and the curriculum nicely targets multiple areas of child development.
