My son has been at Discovery since around 6 months. It’s like going back in time walking past the infant room where we trusted a staff run by Ms Vilma who is still there almost 6 years later and many years before we enrolled. I won’t name every teacher by name but there are so many fantastic staff members. This is a preschool that loves and nurtures kids, is tough when they need to be, overly safe and communicative, and above all most of the kids I have seen through my sons journey here from 6 months old through full day kindergarten don’t want to leave when their parents come. That has always been a big indicator for me. But to add to that, the facility encourages activity since they have outdoor space and a full gymnasium. The aides and teachers here really love these kids. They do events year round that are never “extra” and a lot of them are incredible like reptile shows or martial arts demonstrations. Their focus through every age is on academics and a wide range of learning. The kids are all so well adjusted, sociable, inclusive and loving of their peers. We are going to be so sad when we have to finally leave, but feel blessed and thankful to have gone here. It’s been transformative for our son.
I recently attended Discovery’s Trunk or Treat. It was fantastic!!! The children enjoyed themselves so much! It was so nice to see the families, staff and children coming together and having fun!!! Great job and I hope this trunk or treat will continue in the future! Thank you! 👏👏👏❤️
Great school and day care program! My daughter has learned so much since starting pre-k4 and they have a great curriculum. The staff is also very understanding and accommodating. I could not say more positive things about the school. Strongly recommend it to anyone looking to place their kids in day care or prek4!
both my kids go here. I absolutely love it. my 5 year olds handwriting has improved drastically and my 14 month child is in excellent hands. the staff are all happy to be there and love taking care of the kids. the environment is bright and fun. the curriculum is awesome. the kids learn so much compared to other schools in the area . I highly recommend.
