The Learning Experience

We have two children at The Learning Experience—an infant and a 2.5-year-old in Preppers—and we couldn’t be happier. Our infant son is cared for by Miss Frances, Miss Ally, Miss Ariana, and Miss Lexi, who are absolutely incredible. They go far beyond daily updates, taking the time to truly know our son and communicate with us about his development and day. It’s clear they genuinely care about him and about our family! Our daughter is completely in love with her teachers, Miss Raine and Miss Tori, who provide amazing activities involving music, art, and even engineering. We’ve seen huge growth in her communication, social skills, and curiosity about the world since she started here a few months ago! The teachers and staff are truly the heart of this school and make it feel more like family than a daycare. The management team is supportive, communicative, and always present, knowing both parents and children by name and ready to help & ensure safety for everyone. We also love the family-focused activities throughout the year, especially the potty training class, which was a huge help for our daughter! We absolutely love The Learning Experience and can’t recommend them enough for the care, love, and dedication they provide to our kids. 💛

Our son is in the preschool program, and from day one he has felt truly welcomed and cared for. We’ve been amazed by how much he has grown academically and socially, especially since he attends only half days. His teachers, Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Gabriela, are wonderful and provide a clean, nurturing, and supportive learning environment. The leadership team, Victoria, Emily, and Annette, also do an incredible job keeping everything running smoothly, and we appreciate the time they have taken to get to know our family. This was our first experience having our child cared for outside our home, and it has given us complete peace of mind knowing he is safe and well supported.

We enrolled our daughter at TLE Lafayette in March when she was just 6 months old, and as first-time parents, we were terrified to start daycare. However, choosing TLE turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From day one in the Infant A classroom, her teachers were so kind, patient, and understanding. They reassured us, encouraged us to call anytime, and always kept us updated with photos and notes through the app. Now in Infant B, our daughter absolutely loves it! She’s thriving, making friends, bonding with her teachers, and becoming more confident and independent every day. We truly believe she wouldn’t be where she is today without TLE. When she had new health issues come up recently, the management team went above and beyond to accommodate her needs and ensure she is well cared for. A huge thank you to all of her teachers, past and present - Ms. Paige, Ms. Sarai, Ms. Perla, Ms. Alondra, Ms. Yulissa, Ms. Frances, and Ms. Val - thank you for being part of our village, we are so grateful for your love, care, and support!

We’ve had a nice time at the learning experience. Paige and Val have been awesome with our baby! They talk with her and help her learn new things, and adapt techniques as she continues to grow. Raine and Frances also take great care of our baby. Jimena handles morning drop to get Miley set up and adjusted for the day with ease and calmness. At pick up teachers and staff love greeting us and walking us through what took place over the course of the day.

I was apprehensive sending our daughter to daycare, however, the experience we have had at TLE in Lafayette has been amazing. The teachers genuinely love and care about the children. Any issues that might arise are immediately and effectively addressed. This place is honestly great, don’t stress about sending your kids here, they will be taken care of.
