TTFK, specifically SPL Ashley, was attentive and patient with my daughter, Sofia. Ashley does great work, and it's evident in the results I saw in Sofia. I loved how informative Ashley was as well.

Won’t see my twins anymore because I didn’t want to go forward with talking tablet device. My sons are slowly becoming more vocal. After almost every session I was getting positive feedback and at our last review 5 months ago, they said the boys were doing great and making good progress. Sadie and Jess were really pushing AAC devices on me by printing articles out after I said I was against it because my sons are being more vocal. Sadie was late multiple times. My son missed out on 16 minutes of appointment time in 3 days! That’s over half of an appointment. I mention it to the owner and now 3-4 days later all of a sudden Sadie and Jess pull me into a meeting and tell me that no progress has been made for 11 months. Completely contradictory of everything they've told me. Why would they waste our time. Sadie herself said it before Jess came in room for the meeting I asked “So do you think speech is helping?” She answered yes then Jess came in saying there is no progress and now they are canceling our appointments because I don’t want to proceed with a talking tablet. Just makes me upset for my boys because I was slowly seeing results now we are being turned away.

TTFK has helped my daughter grow so much. She went in making minimal noises/sounds, she’s been there a little under 3 months and making 20-25 different sounds now. The relationship she has with the staff is incredible, she feels so safe which is our #1 priority.

Jessica has seen two of my kids for feeding issues and is great! She’s a great listener and always makes me feel valued as a parent with my opinions! My two year old had many issues with eating as an infant and is doing great now!!

My son was 4 years old and couldnt eat anything but pureed food and formula. He had been in weekly feeding therapy since he turned a year old and had been through 3 separate feeding therapists with no progress prior to meeting Sally Lacroix at therapy time for kids right after his 4th birthday. She didnt rush my son into eating, but rather worked the muscles in his mouth to get them strong enough to eat. She took the time to get him physically prepared without food and then worked with him slowly on adding food, but she'd know just how hard to push him to keep him moving forward without taking steps back. As i said, we had 3 other therapists over 3 years with no progress and Sally had him eating just about everything in under a year. Its been almost a year since he graduated from feeding therapy with Sally and he can eat everything now without issue. I say all the time that Sally saved our lives because she really did. She changed our lives and especially my sons life for the better. He also just loved going to see Ms. Sally (as he lovingly called her) every week. I recommend her to everyone and I just want to thank her again. I'll never forget what you did for my son. Thank you, thank you!!
