WOW, we send both of our children to the Learning Center and have had such a great experience. Previously, our oldest went to Kiddie Academy, which was nice but there is really no comparison to the Learning Center. The owner, Liz, knows every kid by name and they love hanging out with her. We truly feel that the women who take care of our children are an extension of our family and we know that they are giving our kids the love and care that they deserve. Pros: - Play first environment - No screens - Teachers that care - Bring your own food (they do offer snack times) - Community environment: they are always doing fun activities that involve the whole family like Trunk-or-Treating, Thanksgiving lunch with your kids, and more so you can meet other parents. - Loving environment - Lots of outdoor play
We've been through four daycare in the area for various reasons, unfortunately. Finally we landed in TLC, which is our favorite and we are so glad our daughter loves it here. The teachers are amazing. They have more than the bare minimum state teacher to student ratio most of the time. They really try to incorporate a lot of different activities and learning experiences for kids that goes above and beyond what we've experienced at other daycares. The tuition is very affordable for the how much they offer. Highly recommend.
We could not be more thrilled with our experience at TLC! The teachers are wonderful, the daycare makes excellent use of positive reinforcement and our son loves going here. After a terrible experience at another daycare, TLC has been a breath of fresh air.
