This happened on Monday, January 29, 2024.... I was happy with this daycare until the owner called me to let me know that one of the little boys that still currently goes to the center was caught touching my daughter in her underpants while she was sleeping!!! This was not the first time this happened. It happened previously with my oldest daughter by the same boy, and they claimed they put barriers in place to prevent this from happening again and it happened to two out of my three little girls. The only thing she did was suspend the boy from daycare for two days and said I have to be okay with dropping my girls off back at school with the boy who was touching on them until she can make her decision!! I took them out of this facility. I am LIVID!! DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!
The director at this daycare is absolutely AWFUL. She justifies HOMOPHOBIA between co workers. The entire day care only has ONE (1!!!) first aid kit that isn’t ever full or complete! She is VERY rude to her workers and DOES NOT respect them WHATSOEVER!! DO NOT send your kid here!!! She also makes a habit to disrespect parents!! Also fires employees for reviews? that OTHER people left. BUT there would be no reason for the reviews had the owner been better!! :) 0/5
I can go on and on about The Kidney Zone Academy. This is a great place to start your child from early learning to the amazing staff. Very respectful,nice and encouraging group. The own is the best daycare owner I've ever met. If you're looking for a place that's very educational, safe,clean,respectful, happy, great energy this is the best perfectionist place for your child. From infants to pretty k. I love it!!!!!!
Price is Too high!!!! The owner creates unnecessary headaches for parents! She is Strict and picky for no reason! Nice daycare but the owner’s attitude, rules, and mindset is the only downfall for this daycare! The staff is slightly rude! They leave you outside waiting knowing you are there and close door in parents face! They forgets things and doesn’t communicate well amongst themselves! I give one star!
COVID BREAKOUT!!!!! THE OWNER REFUSES TO SHUT THE ENTIRE DAYCARE DOWN. Those seeking employment get the run around and if hire, the owner won't keep you up to date on day to day happenings involving covid cases at the daycare.
