The Goddard School In Gaithersburg

This review is well over due but I have finally found time to say all that deserves to be said about this school. My son was enrolled in a previous care facility and we had to leave quickly due to safety concerns. My son had came home and had bruises and scratches from another student and that day I started my search for another school. We came across Goddard and I knew instantly it was the school for him. Ms. White was the one who gave us a tour and she was so kind and knowledgeable about the enrollment process it was just a breeze ! Mrs. Worley came to say hello to us and welcome my son to his new school. She was so warm and genuine. She had heard about our previous experience and assured us nothing like that would happen at her school. And she was right ! My son started Mr. Bottega and Ms. Manandhar’s classroom and they completely flipped my son’s opinions about school in just a few days ! Every morning without fail, they greeted him with a loving and welcoming smile and “Good morning!” He finally graduated from their classroom and even though we were both sad. We love his new teacher Mr. Roynstead as well! Overall, if you are not sure where to go or looking for an environment that is best for your child look no further. Goddard on Wind River is definitely where you want to be. :)

We had such an amazing experience at Godard School for the past two years with my daughter, Eva! 😊 The peace of mind we had as parents was invaluable, knowing that she was in such good hands. All the teachers were fantastic, but I wanted to give a special shoutout to Miss Nelson, Miss Thomas, and Miss Clarizier. They made a significant impact on Eva’s learning and development! Thanks to their support, Eva had a smooth transition to kindergarten. Plus, it was wonderful that so many of her classmates went on to the same school and class, making the transition even easier for her. Overall, I highly recommend Godard School for anyone looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little ones! 🌈

We’ve had an excellent experience with The Goddard School since moving to Maryland a few years ago! After touring Georgetown Hill and several other local daycares, a friend recommended Goddard to us, and it quickly stood out as the best fit! Our toddler started here at 9 months and she's now in the early preschool classes. The teachers and faculty have been consistently exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested our toddler's development. The curriculum is outstanding, and we’re continually amazed by what she’s learning, from academic fundamentals to social skills. We highly recommend The Goddard School to any family seeking a nurturing and enriching environment for their kiddo!

We’ve had a great experience with The Goddard School of Gaithersburg! From the very beginning, the staff was welcoming and supportive as our two young children (ages 2 and 4) transitioned into their new environment. The teachers are caring, and take time to understand each child’s personality and needs. The communication with families is consistent and transparent, which gave us peace of mind. The classrooms are filled with activities that foster both learning and play. We especially appreciate how the school supports social-emotional development and provides a nurturing space for our kids to grow. Starting a new school can be stressful for any family, but Goddard made the process reassuring. We’re grateful to be part of this community.

The Goddard at Gaithersburg has been such a great experience! We started the preschool Program and it was my daughter's first time ever to attend a preschool, she was mostly home with me. Her teachers helped her adapt pretty quickly and she loves going to school! She gets excited each time. I love how I can get daily reports of what she did throughout the day and receive pictures as well!
