Overall Ive been very happy here. My daughter has been attending for 2 years. They have had several changes in management over the years and I agree the last management was not the best. Im very encouraged by their new director, Ileana. So far Ive been much happier with her - she seems warm and compassionate towards the kids and is also good with communicating to the parents and running the school. Unfortunately I do think prior management has caused some good teachers to turn over....my daughter especially loved Ms. Nya, who would go above and beyond and was very nurturing to her in the infant 3 room. Like any school - there are going to be different types of teachers and some personalities work better with different kids. My daughter really loves Mr. Greg, Ms Christina, and Ms. Nia.

3 of my boys have attended this establishment since the year 2014. I trust the staff with my kids and I feel like they are my family! This year is my youngest last year before Kindergarten and we are sad to go, but happy for the memories. :)

*Long review; details below if interested.* Takeaway = STAY AWAY unless they change the current director (Brittany) and train the staff better because you will only be in Infant 1&2 for a few months. The rest of the center does not prioritize kids or families so the quality of care is horrendous, and the director is not open to feedback. ———— While being run by an extremely inexperienced director, stay far away. Since Brittany joined, there have been a lot of turnover in teachers and families, and most of the remaining teachers are in desperate need of training. Don't be fooled by what is offered in the Family Handbook because that quality of care is simply not true. Their priority is not the wellbeing of the child, rather it is about themselves and doing the least amount of work to get through the day. After being here for 1 year and really trying to make it work, it became clear that they do not want to change. They made us feel unwelcome for expecting the standard that is marketed, and pushed us out by making the environment dangerous for our child so we feared for our child's safety every day. Even after reporting our issues to the company, no changes were implemented. The remaining families continue to be harmed because their kids are receiving subpar care, and the parents will be lied to in order to get them out the door. This is our second Learning Care Group experience, and both have been bad so be careful trusting your child with this company and their rotten business model. Our child joined as an infant (under different management), and we were sold on the amazing Infant 1&2 teachers because of their decades of experience. We didn't realize at the time that our child would move up in only a few months. The level of care in the Infant 3 and Toddler classrooms are a HUGE step down in comparison, and this was our struggle when we realized other teachers are not at the level of Ms. Amy, Ms. Anita, and Ms. Mary. Here are a few issues we experienced (too many to list them all): •Don't do the basics such as hand washing after diaper changes and before eating. Our child was sick constantly in Infant 3 and Toddlers but only sick once the entire time in Infant 1&2. We repeatedly made this request, and it was still disregarded. •Several teachers constantly lied to our faces, not realizing that we see the livestream and know when they are lying. •Teachers are not trained on what is age appropriate and expect all kids in a class to act the same despite wide age gaps. •Classroom ratios are often incorrect (dangerous), and staff call out unexpectedly. •Teachers sit around the majority of the day or stay on their phones, leaving it to a couple harder working teachers to pick up the slack and cover all the kids. This made the teachers inattentive, leading to multiple incident reports per week that could be avoided. They are more interested in socializing with other teachers or their phones. When we asked about gaps in the app about our child's day, they said they are too busy. •Several teachers enjoy doing hair and would do this for chunks of time while the actual kids in their classroom suffered and missed learning opportunities, floor time, or play. Any amount of time spent exploring and practicing new skills at this young age is invaluable. Our child spent weeks strapped to a chair or buggy the entire day and wouldn't even have a few minutes of floor time so development stalled. One day, the teacher did hair while multiple kids were strapped to a buggy with a tablet stuck in front of them (but screen time is not allowed at this age according to their handbook). •Make parents feel bad if we don't follow their schedule exactly, but infants <1 year old are not likely to follow their rigid schedule. •Reyna is especially unprofessional. She lies constantly (e.g., when asked details that will help to adjust care). She will completely stop talking to you and your child if she doesn't like your family. She spreads inaccurate rumors to other teachers so more staff treat you terribly. She sits all day and does the bare minimum.

Update: We continue to have an excellent experience in the infant classroom. Thank you Ms. Amy and Ms. Anita for always taking such good care of our son! This facility has a new director (Ms. Ileana) and she is AMAZING!!! She is working very hard to bring this facility back up the a higher standard. She is extremely communicative and always makes an effort to stop and chat with us as we are coming/going. This is a huge improvement from the previous director. ————————————————————————— We are very happy with our experience at Childtime thus far! Our son has been going here for about 2 months now. He is in the infant class, and his teachers (Ms. Amy and Ms. Anita) are AMAZING! Very friendly, kind and compassionate. Even bumping into the other teachers in the hall, we are always greeted with a friendly hello.
