The Goddard School

We absolutely love The Goddard School of Gilbert (at East Germann). Even though there were a few options closer to us, we chose this preschool because the atmosphere here just felt different, in the best way. From the very first visit, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell the team really loves what they do. Our main teacher is always so happy around the children, you can feel her joy, and it really stood out compared to other places we toured. All the teachers are kind and smiling, and they take the time to connect with both the children and the parents. It’s such a warm, supportive environment. Literally everyone is so nice! Another huge factor for us was safety and peace of mind. As a parent, being able to drop off your child without worrying is everything, and this preschool makes that possible. The classroom ratios are low, the environment is always clean, the sign-in process is secure, and they’re thoughtful about food and nutrition. We’ve also had no issues with recurring colds or back-to-back illnesses, which has been such a relief. All of that makes a big difference. They’ve also been incredibly flexible, willing to work with us to make sure our child feels comfortable, whether that means bringing a favorite stuffy from home or making food & drink accommodations. They even have an easy, healthy lunch ordering system, which has been such a plus for our busy mornings. There are always fun activities and themes planned, plus special events like Splash Days and the petting zoo! We get daily updates (naps, meal times) and photos, which we look forward to every day. Our child is always excited to go, and it’s clear the other children are happy too. This location has such a cozy, close-knit feel, and the whole team is just wonderful. We’re so thankful we found this place, it truly feels like a second home. I can't say enough great things about this Goddard School of Gilbert location. My daughter has been here almost a year, and she is truly thriving. Each classroom that she has been in has had wonderful teachers and teacher assistants. I can tell how much they truly love working with the children and they value each child's individuality and unique personalities. Every day that I drop her off, I know my daughter is safe, well taken care of and is learning new things. I am truly grateful to both the front office staff and the teachers at Goddard. They are amazing and I would recommend this location to everyone!

We absolutely love this Goddard! Our daughter has learned so much from her teachers and the staff. She really came out of her shell and made so many friends! Leaving because of relocation was extremely hard for us. I would recommend this Goddard to anyone!! Education and developing interpersonal relationships are top priority.

Words cannot do justice for the Goddard School of Gilbert, but I will certainly try. All four of my children have attended this school over the past 6 years and our experience was nothing short of amazing. Our two boys went through some tough toddler years and the staff supported them through the range of behaviors and emotions that are typical of deeply feeling, active toddlers. They know how to set consistent boundaries in a loving and positive manner, without resorting to yelling and punishment. My two oldest children left the program incredibly well prepared to start kindergarten and one of them was even reading in pre-K! We loved being a part of this school and it is one of the things we most miss about living in the area. We sure miss our Goddard family!

We love Goddard! Our boys have been so happy at school and have learned so much. Our oldest son will be done this summer and moving in to kindergarten and I feel like he has been well prepared for what is to come in his learning journey. I am grateful always for the staff and teachers that have helped our boys learn! This year our oldest had a sweet graduation ceremony and they saved photos and projects from the past 3 years he has been there to put in a portfolio. The thoughtfulness and time they put into these kiddos does not go unnoticed. We are very happy with The Goddard School!!
