Staff are poorly trained and seems there are no educational requirements to be employed there. Baby sitting younger siblings is not the same as being responsible for the care of other people’s children. Staff have shown themselves to be unprofessional when presented with behavioral concerns, denying and minimizing the bite marks and bruises that were not properly documented or handled. Staff will also fabricate daily activities and what your child ate that day as my child would definitely not have eaten what was reported being eaten. Staff will deflect concerns and fraudulently document anything to legally not be held responsible for their negligence. Negative 5 star review for the W. Main location staff. Lack of options is a sad reason for your child to attend that daycare so consider what your child may have to go through when being in the “care” of the current staffing. 👎🏿

KinderCare has been amazing for my daughter since she started at 6 months old (she's now 2). The teachers are caring and supportive, and she has learned so much while making great friends. Communication is excellent, even when incidents happen, and they always plan fun activities for kids and parents. I feel confident knowing she’s in a safe, loving, and enriching environment. Highly recommend!

We have used KinderCare West Main since 2020. As a parent I appreciate how the center has evolved and improved the facility over the years. My two kids have formed such strong bonds with the teachers there. The teachers have lifted my children's confidence! I also can see how my son, who is in Pre-K, is going to be very prepared for Kindergarten since he is already writing his name and learning basic words. The staff at KinderCare are no nonsense, caring and dependable. I wish they would get paid more for the essential work they do for our communities youth! Thank you KinderCare of West Main!!!

My son has been attending KinderCare since the end of lockdown. His growth is mostly attributed to the wonderful and caring teachers. I personally could not be more pleased with how engaged they keep the children and foster growth in social skills, academics, diversity, coordination and even sports. I could not give this place a more glowing recommendation, and encourage you to check it out for yourself if you are looking for a safe place that fosters educational excellence for your precious one(s).

This is my daughter’s first experience in a daycare/preschool setting and all staff has been amazing in helping her adjust over the past few months! Programs are well organized and communication is excellent. Any minor concerns I have had have been immediately addressed, but I feel confident when I drop her off in the morning that she is safe, engaged, and will report the fun things they did throughout the day.
