They do not respect people working a 9-5 schedule here. I pointed out to the front desk how ridiculous it is to close the pools for 3 hours from 4-7, and their response was to suggest I come in at 6 am as if I don't have a job to be ready for. The exercise equipment is also a bit of a side grade to something you would get at a planet fitness, so I can't say that it justifies the price tag when approached as a gym.
Use it 3 times a week and very kid friendly. Make sure to bring a lock for your locker in changing area
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience dealing with membership services.OR NOT! Called and asked about canceling because haven’t been able to utilize in several months due to health issues and was told had to go online and just use the search tool. After navigating through the webpage sent a email and filled out a form and then decided to call back and was told that because it was the 26th “one day past the required deadline to cancel service and stop payment” there was probably nothing that could be done. Needless to say no one bothered to reach out to me via email or phone call and the $71 was taken out of my account.
Hit this one on my travels through. I was pointed to the locker room, but that was it. 2 YMCA employees didn’t even know how to point me to the weights. The water fountain, in the one room I could find to workout in, ran out of water filling my water bottle. The dude at the front with shoulder length hair was getting bombarded with questions and things and he was really nice to me and handled the pressure well. Not the best first experience, but I got my workout in.
The wet and dry sauna is an additional $20/ month The classes are spectacular. The facility is clean, cool and tidy. The machines are up to date and work well The pool is big. There is a really nice court system and upstairs is the courts. The kids area is in the front and segregated from the rest of the building, security is high for it so I feel comfortable having the tiny humans in it.
