The Cross-Preschool & Kindergarten

I'm incredibly impressed with this Preschool/Daycare. This is the best daycare in the area. They have: complimentary hot meals, amazing multilingual education in Chinese and English, and a fantastic Outdoor area with a playground perfect for that essential Vitamin D for my kids. It's rare to find a place that excels in every aspect like this one does.

Great school, staffs were caring and made each kids felt safe and caring. Overall, positive experiences and great communication with the facilities. Highly recommended this school.

Great staff. After school program is amazing!

学校环境还可以，但管理和沟通极其混乱，整体体验非常差。我个人完全不推荐这所学校。 1. After-school 课程（中文和西班牙语）被取消近一个月，至今仍未找到合适的老师。前几天来了一位中文老师，但只上了几天就离开了。然而，学校宣传材料上仍然列有这些课程，并且家长从未被正式通知，这种不透明的做法让我对学校的管理能力产生严重怀疑。 2. After-school 期间，一些孩子需要午睡，学校便直接把整个教室的灯光全部关闭，让部分孩子午睡，另一部分孩子则在昏暗的环境中学习和写字。这种安排极不合理，不仅影响学习，也不利于孩子的视力健康。 3. 反馈问题后，几乎找不到真正负责的人，管理层在初步沟通后就不再回应，家长的合理诉求完全被忽视。 4. 亲眼看到老师给孩子看手机，这与我对学校教学管理的基本期待相差甚远。 5. 老师排班时间混乱，课程安排毫无规律，全班经常被集体 timeout。我曾尝试申请查看监控了解情况，但学校以时间安排不固定、孩子无法准确记忆时间为由拒绝，完全不愿意正视问题。 虽然我认可其中1-2位老师的责任心，但这并不能弥补学校管理上的混乱和不负责任的态度。我个人的体验非常糟糕，完全不推荐这所学校，希望其他家长慎重考虑。 The school environment is decent, but the management and communication are extremely disorganized, making my overall experience very negative. I personally do not recommend this school at all. 1. The after-school Chinese and Spanish programs have been canceled for nearly a month, and a suitable teacher has yet to be found. A Chinese teacher was hired a few days ago but left after only a few days. However, these programs are still listed in the school’s promotional materials, and parents were never formally notified. This lack of transparency makes me seriously question the school’s management. 2. During after-school hours, some children need to nap, so the school turns off all the lights in the classroom. This forces some children to sleep while others are left to study and write in a dimly lit environment. This arrangement is highly unreasonable, negatively impacting both learning and children’s eyesight. 3. When raising concerns, it was almost impossible to find someone truly responsible. The administration stopped responding after initial discussions, completely ignoring parents’ reasonable concerns. 4. I personally witnessed a teacher showing a child a phone, which is far from my expectations for proper classroom management. 5. Teachers’ schedules are disorganized, with no clear structure. The entire class is frequently placed on timeout. I requested access to surveillance footage to understand the situation, but the school refused, claiming that schedules are inconsistent and children cannot accurately recall times—completely avoiding the issue. While I acknowledge that 1-2 teachers were responsible, this does not make up for the school’s chaotic management and lack of accountability. My personal experience was very disappointing, and I strongly do not recommend this school. Parents should seriously reconsider before enrolling their children here.
