It should be noted that choosing a daycare is all about fit, and no single situation is likely to work for everyone. With that said, we have LOVED our experience at the Cottage school and have referred another four families. The staff is so caring and feels like a family. If you want daily pics on an app and a franchise, this isn't the place. If you want a connection with the owners and caretakers, then this is what we found for our son. Note that they provide food, have very good hours (for working parents), and our son loves being here.

Attentive and caring child care center. Our 1 year old is happy and loves her teachers. She gets lots of outdoor time, even as a little one, when the weather allows. The owner has been exceptional, going above and beyond to support our daughter and family. We are grateful our daughter is able to attend.

The staff there is good but the owner caused us an extraordinary amount of unnecessary stress. It even ended with them committing to refund us for part of the month where they declined to take care of our son, and then completely ignoring our follow ups inquiring about the refund. I have to waste my time and go through the Small Claims Court.

Surprised to read negative comments about communication. The daycare has been extremely communicative and the staff is wonderful. Clean and friendly daycare that our son has enjoyed since he was 4 months old.

Very disorganized. My wife and I got on their “waitlist” nearly 2 years ago. We were told we were at “the top of the list” and could enroll our 1 year old this fall. When we followed up, we were told we would have to wait yet another year. Their communication is nonexistent, and they seem completely disorganized. Save your money and time and look else where.
