The Clifton School-Clairmont

I had been excited to move my son into this daycare but unfortunately he only attended for about 2 weeks. I moved him back to his previous daycare (where the staff are warm and excited to see all of the kids each day) because I felt the staff at Clifton on Clairmont did not have the right demeanor to care for 1-2 year olds. They appeared constantly frustrated by small things like children spilling cheerios or kids crying when they got their diaper changed… “ugh you always do this!” “Oh, your acting brand new today” and that sort of thing. It’s just not the environment I choose for my baby.

I brought my sweet baby boy to this school for a period of 1 week . Within that week I walked in on a teacher holding my child down under her arms restraining him. This was my sons first school and the worse experience . They are over priced , and the teacher that was there had a horrible attitude . When I asked her why she was holding my 16 month old child down trying to force him to sleep no response was given , I was 5 seconds away from losing my cool so I walked out and complained to the director , and her response was that her teacher is caring and was simply trying to console ( mind you no mat was provided for my son to sleep on) . Be careful where you put your kids and always follow your intuition. This school never once offered to show the cameras as to what lead up to that incident . My intuition told me to check on my son, the moment I walked in the building I heard him screaming crying from the door way( his class was in the back). Worse experience , my son is now in a loving school and away from these evil people. Be careful parents . Be your child’s advocate especially when they can’t talk as well.

My son attends the Clairmont location and is having an amazing time. ❤️
