I just came to replace a food stamp card . I got there late in the day around 330 I know the office closes at 430 I was seen within the hour of me being there . Only downside I wish they worked that fast all day around rather then just at closing cause they want everyone to leave . May need more security at the front door though no reason someone should have to wait 15+mins in the freezing cold because it takes 3 or 4 officers to check people in through a metal detector

The absolute worst staff I've experienced in any government building. Especially the representatives in the SNAP call center. I got hung up on 5 times alone trying to get 1 question answered. No one gives their name so they won't be reported but are the most disgusting incompetent people to speak/deal with even when you're pleasant and respectful.

I initially thought when you apply for childcare assistance that it would be a breeze but it is an extreme process. Luckily for me I had the most professional and patient support in my experience and I appreciate that coming from an underrepresented and highly overworked group of people. Mrs. Salley is a wonderful caseworker who works with diligence and is always polite. Also Ms.rivers showed great kindness and compassion as a substitute for my case. And to the woman at the front window, she’s so kind and polite during all of her interactions, you can definitely tell she has compassion for her job and getting everyone in and out.

The check in and waiting process is actually very efficient. No street or free parking. Most areas reek of marijuana. Both very friendly and very rude staff members, depends on who you get I guess?

I missed an entire day of work/earnings because I was lied to. They are supposed to help you get on your feet but will cut your toes off on the process. The indefinite all day waiting in the waiting area is just ridiculous. Inefficient. Horrible experiences and I loath that place
