The Childrens Courtyard

This is a great school. We were super nervous to send our 20-month old (at the time) to daycare, because he had never been in a school environment before. The school leadership told us it would take about 3 weeks for him to fully acclimate since he was new to school, which was a pretty accurate timeline. He was having fun within the first few days, but was walking ahead to class without us in the first few weeks. I want to shout out Abby, Tory, Tori, Toya, Kalpana. All of these teachers (and more) were attentive to our son, regardless of whether or not that was their primary classroom. Sylvia and Melissa are great school leaders and will always listen to any feedback or concerns if you have any. We were so sad to move out of state, but if we were ever to come back I wouldn’t hesitate to enroll our kid(s) to this school again.

Allow me to brag about the children’s courtyard and give y’all just a little bit of our story in this daycare journey. When I initially started this daycare journey and interesting someone else to take care of my kids I was a little bit on the fence. Because of my own insecurities when it comes to my children, we were at another daycare that will remain anonymous. And when we initially started there, it was OK, but as time went on, I started to see things in a different light and then circumstances changed and we had to leave and so then I stumbled across the children’s courtyard. They assured me that my kids will be safe and that they were in great hands. The director has always been the same since I’ve met her fun, loving and bubbly. And her communication level is top-tier. Now the staff at the children’s courtyard has to have their flowers too because without them, there will be no glue. I’ve noticed that the staff really takes their time to know the kids and love them, In the way that each kid needs to be loved. If a family needs resources they provide them. And that’s big in my book. I really appreciate the children’s courtyard for everything that they’ve done for me and my children. I pray that the Lord continues to bless this daycare and protect the children at the daycare. I don’t just look at this place as a daycare, it’s a home away from home thank you.

This daycare is the worsest daycare I have ever seen. I had 4 kids in that daycare. One of them had bruises in his face and his boday couple weeks ago. I asked 3 different teachers what happened to him and was told different stories and had to end up by calling the police. When the police showed up they refused to show him the cameras pretending that only their head office has access to it and they have to send a request and this process will take few days. Also in our last day we figured out that teachers were giving our kids brand new pull ups to other kids. We had provided 24 brand new underwear for potty training but teachers have used most of them for other kids. Our toddlers never got any potty training even once. They were about to get started but never started. I felt it was my duty to warn any parents against taking their children to this daycare.

We started at this daycare as first-time parents, nervous and unsure about everything. From day one, the staff made us feel supported, informed, and completely at ease. It is because of the staff here that we were able to navigate those early years with confidence. Over seven years later, we're still just as grateful. The communication has been excellent, with updates and photos that make us feel connected throughout the day. Our children have grown up here- learning, building friendships, and expanding their minds. The staff has become family to us, and they treat our children like their own. This daycare has been more than a childcare provider. It's been a steady, caring partner in our parenthood journey. We highly recommend this facility to any family looking for a placed where their child will be truly cared for and supported.

We love this school!! I always know my child is safe, cared for, and most importantly happy! The live cameras and updates throughout the day are a great too! The teachers treat him like their own and you can tell they really genuinely care about him. We’re so grateful to be apart of such a great supportive environment! Ms. Melissa and Ms. Sylvia always make sure my child’s needs are met and if i ever have a concern I know that I can come to them and they will work with me to solve it!
