The Children'S Center At Phillips Academy

We've had the most positive experience with Bright Horizons at Phillips Academy. My son started Kindergarten Prep there in September. He was new to the center and just off of 6 months home due to the pandemic. The transition has been completely seamless. The staff is incredible. They find all sorts of ways to keep us connected and updated, even at a time when parents are unable to enter the building. They have gotten to know us, and more importantly my son, quickly and we feel completely safe and at home. They've taken every safety precaution, which makes me feel secure in my decision to send him back to school in person, and on top of everything else my son is growing by the day. He comes home beaming with pride with new concepts to discuss every day. In a turbulent year, Bright Horizons has definitely been a bright spot.

Prior to the pandemic, our son was in the center for about a month when everything shut down, so going back was more like starting over for him. It has been a wonderful experience and I appreciate how much care and attention they are putting into keeping the center safe. My son has benefited from being in Infant 1 so much, especially being surrounded by other kids and learning from his great teachers. We are so thankful to have Bright Horizons for our son during this challenging time!

We have had such a positive experience at Bright Horizons at Phillips. Both the support staff and teachers have been absolutely wonderful! They are kind, understanding and provide an excellent learning environment. I feel that my daughter is in the best of hands and is in a safe and caring atmosphere.

Bright Horizon at Philips Academy provides excellent child care. The wonderful environment makes me feel like I am leaving my child in the care of family. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the dedication and care of the teachers and administrators, the Director Carol, assistant Director Te’Quisha and every staff member. We are so grateful for the wonderful care and education our son receives from Ms.Lisa and Ms. Adriana (PreK teachers). They spend individual time with each child and they make sure to incorporate several learning lessons each day. The class activities are so well structured that the children seem to be learning without even knowing it. The playground is spacious and well adopted. Everything is made from wood and natural materials. Their safety COVID -19 protocols give us great confidence. They keep us connected and updated every day by emails. My husband and I feel very grateful to have found such an amazing place! Thanks for taking such a great care of my son and preparing him for a bright future!

Our child spent two wonderful years at The Children's Place, preschool and kindergarten prep. He had a terrific experience. All the teachers, and I include the leadership team since every single person there knew our son and contributed to his care and education, are outstanding: warm and friendly, full of good ideas and initiative, immediately responsive, flexible, understanding, organized, attentive to every detail. These teachers set a great example, and they are extremely good at what they do--from writing to math to science to art to physical education to social-emotional learning. I'd give them six stars if I could!
