Absolutely rude. I'd never let my children stay at this place just based on the treatment of my niece and nephew and their mother. The staff is blatantly disrespectful and no sense of general common courtesy or customer service. There's a reason they're ignoring all of these bad reviews.
Very unprofessional. They had an attitude with me and my son cried and begged not to stay. Took him out of there. I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE. Don’t leave your kids there!
