Although the staff which work directly with the children are professional, courteous, and attentive - the manner in which this center is run is subpar, at best. Any changes in providing care are made on a whim, providing minimal notice for working families to find care in a moment's notice. Full disclosure on costs for extra services (such as spring break, early dismissals, etc.) is not provided until receiving a billing statement, which they will charge you a late fee for. Communication on executive decisions is about as clear as mud, as there were several times that I was unaware of where I'd be picking my child up upon arrival; and when this was addressed with the executive director, it was played off as not receiving communication (although staff informed me they did their part on requesting notices be put out, and they were left to manage disgruntled parents not being communicated with). If your child has any accommodations that need to be made, I would strongly urge selecting another provider. Although they ask for this information to be disclosed on your application, this is simply to make them aware rather than actually supporting or meeting your child's needs. As much as my child loved the teachers and friends made here, specifically - management really needs to clean up their act to make this a completely well-oiled machine that provides a full, inclusive and accepting environment for ALL families (as much as they claim and pride themselves on) with effective communication, understanding, and acceptance.
