I was not impressed. I picked up my grandson and was not allowed in the building. I understand security but they didn't ask for ID. There were also 1 or 2 children crying loudly and the 3 people who were upfront didn't seem concerned.

Everyone is so nice when we pick up our grandson! They always make sure to check ID. It's good to know that they are keeping the kids safe

I called them when they said to come back nobody answered the phone and the system they have is horrible
