The Bounce Spot

This place use to be better. With how many kids come thru here including there after school program they don't clean enough. Food and crumbs every where, paint on the tables, I can only imagine how dirty the bouncers are. They need a dedicated staff just to clean! As a plus there's Always a Groupon for it. Just wish they had more open play hours!!! Not open on weekends for open play either

This is a great place for a birthday party. I have been here four or five times for different parties, and we have had a great time each time we have been here. I even have fun as an adult going through the bounce houses. Highly recommend.

Let me say that I have been going here for years. They are very helpful and they make party planning a breeze. It is stressful planning a party but they have everything covered and at the most reasonable price you could ask for. You actually spend more doing it yourself. We were able to get in last minute and the kids had a blast. The staff is very helpful and they are extremely professional. Thank you guys and I hope everyone plans their party here!

I requested the interactive experience for my daughter's birthdays this year. It ended up being me, my husband, and a family friend entertaining the kids with games. The facility is nice, and having an assistant during food/cake/ice cream/present time was nice.

We chose The Bounce Spot because we attended a great birthday here a few years ago. Sadly, the experience was not consistent. When we hosted our daughter's 8th Birthday here in October 2015, the party host was practically a wall flower, not engaging at all! Unlike our past experience, this host did not organize games or activities when kids were getting restless, tired of bouncing on the same three pieces for two whole hours. (The last party we were at rotated through the different bounce rooms and we were SO disappointed that Bounce Spot changed this routine so we were stuck in one small room the whole time. It got boring for everyone.) The party host even needed help organizing the kids for a picture. He was just going to let them all run into one bounce house and organize themselves. NOT exactly what 6-8 year olds do best. I am the one who had to call them over, send a parent to block the back entrance, line them up, and instruct them how to enter and where to sit. Then my husband was the one who got them engaged with some silliness for photos since our party host again did not do anything by wait to snap a picture. The only positive I can offer is that everything was clean and the party room was nicely put together. The result of our experience is that my daughter never wants to have a party there again. I wish we hadn't gone in the first place.
