We attend the Edgar Allen Poe speakeasy event and absolutely loved it. So fun to learn some of his history and to take in different interpretations of his works while enjoying delicious cocktails

Fun, intimate and tasty! A gothic story telling experience with yummy adult beverages included. You start with a cocktail, a little bit of Poe history, a fabulously delivered monologue from Poe’s catalog, clean up the emptyies, more cocktails, wash rinse and repeat! I felt that the performers didn’t need the hand-held mics they used. The venue was small enough to where they could have just projected their voices. If they felt the need of mics at all then a lavalier set up would have been better. Other than that, go experience this traveling show with your favorite 21 or older friends and hoist one to EAP!
