The Alphabet Campus Preschol

I didn’t even get past registration! I’m not really sure why or what animosity the person in charge has against me but, she has a very snobby like attitude and for some reason every time we’ve met the information she’s given me changes. I filled out about half the registration packet which ONLY NEEDED SIGNATURES AND DATES! The fact she argued me down on me not signing a paper about filing my daughters nails down is insane. I preferred to do it at home which clearly was a problem for her. Then prior to our meeting I told her I didn’t complete the signatures due to the fact I had questions and may not have agreed to some of the things on there. She said it was fine (KEEP IN MIND I have a 9 month old. Nearly half the end of the packet was for 3-5 y/o children which, I couldn’t complete anyways). She decided to grab the paper slap them on the desk and say ARROGANTLY “so you just didn’t fill out none of the packet.” DISREGARDING ME ALREADY STATING WHY I DID NOT! The problem I have is her speaking down to me. I’m a 25 year old mother because I am young do not treat me differently than any other adult that walks into this facility especially if I’m bringing my daughter here for care. Then she begins to tell me I was 10 minutes late when I pulled up at 3:05 for our 3:00 o’clock appointment and we argued about that. I asked her if we could reschedule then and she threw a fit. Putting her hands on her head in distress. I don’t know if she forgot it’s other daycare facilities in the area or if she thought I NEEDED her but this was so shocking to me. As I ask her if I could just take the packet and go over it with someone else she says I can’t leave unless I pay her for it. MIND YOU, I have had this packet for a week without paying for it! I literally tried to pay for the fee the day she gave it to me but she kept saying she won’t charge me, now she decided to charge me? I don’t know what it is about this place and I’m not going to say don’t take your child here but I just want to share my experience as a concerned parent. If you treat me this way I have no idea how you would treat my child!

My children have been going here for years. Honestly, no daycare is the absolute best. And mistakes do happen. But never was my kids ever put in danger anyway or mistreated. Overall, pretty good daycare my kids love it. And they’ve learned a lot over the years with them being here. Also, the owner is very understanding and willing to help in any areas she can assist.

Do not send your child here Son came home one day and said three boys that were much bigger than him jumped him I confronted the women in charge and she was very snooty and said shed said it didnt go down like that and shed review the cameras. After several days she contacted me And apologized.... I'm sorry but an apology isnt going to cut it and you and every adult involved at that daycare need sever actions taken against you. Who in the world allows kids alone in a class? Where is the structure? Who were the parents? I want answers and not a cover up!!!!

Great place to send your child. My child has attended this facility for years and has learned a lot. I feel safe leaving my child here. She never wants to leave when it’s time to go

If you love your child please don’t consider keeping them or enrolling them here they are the worst .
