THE BEST - all 3 of my children have attended The Academy Preschool and I am incredibly grateful such a school exists. As a full time working mom, an elementary school teacher, it was very difficult to spend my days away from my babies. The Academy made it so much easier. I knew they were safe and LOVED. The educational experience, low class numbers, high standards for safety and excellence are worth every red cent I spent. I wouldn't send my children anywhere else. The staff are compassionate, understanding and efficient. I love this school and thank god for it daily.
I have had both of my children go through the Academy, and have been associated with them for nearly six years. I would highly recommend. It’s a nice facility, and the kids are loved and cared for well. They learn how to value and respect each other, and I see that reflected in how my kids interact with others. My daughter was very well prepared for going to Kindergarten through this school and their VPK, and is excelling now in no small part due to the efforts of the Academy. Thank you!
This place is the best! I was very against daycare for my little one but this facility changed my mind around. My son was in the infant room and his teachers were the best! They kept me informed with everything! The app they have is a miracle worker. I cannot stress enough with how thankful I am that they will send pictures/videos, all updates on feeds, diaper changes and naps. I will check my phone throughout the work day and can know every little thing he is doing! They are very observant and will message you with any questions they have! Getting personal, on his first day, I cried when dropping him off. They were so understanding and would message me updates to ease my mind that he was perfectly okay. The Academy deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion. I am so sad that we will be moving states and will have to leave them. However, from one momma to another, I would chose this place again in a heartbeat. Your littles will be in the best care possible! :)
We absolutely love The Academy Preschool. We are new to Gainesville and searched numerous daycares to place our one year old. This facility is super clean, everyone is friendly and the communication is great. The teachers are fantastic with your babies and actually teach them. So glad we found them.
The academy daycare is my second family. My daughter has been there almost 4 years. My commute is complicated but the effort is worthy because I am totally sure that it is taken care of, loved and safe. In addition, his new VPK program is varied, fun and complete. Communication with the teachers is fluid and its director Sandy Baker takes into consideration any suggestions or concerns from parents. I recommend it 100%
