The Academy Of Gateway

When I tell you that my son was in great hands….he was in great hands. First few weeks were rough for him since it was all new to him. By the time he graduated, he was potty trained and learned so much. Now that he’s in kindergarten, he still asks to get dropped off at the day care. Service members moving to the area, get on the list asap! The military covers most of the monthly fee. I do want to thank the staff for being extremely helpful and caring. My son will definitely remember his wonderful time there.

Let me start off by saying - today I had to give our 2 week notice of my daughter’s last day at Academy of Gateway. Not because we chose to leave, but because my daughter is starting kindergarten the following week. When I say I have been dreading this day for weeks it does not even begin to explain how bittersweet it is to leave our AoG family! After multiple unfortunate situations where my daughter’s needs and growth were not being met - at 2 other childcare facilities, we decided to give AoG a tour. From the tour, to enrollment, and my daughter’s time at AoG these last few years have been an absolute godsend. The growth my daughter experienced was amazing to witness. Academy of Gateway clearly takes pride in their staffing because they are nothing short of amazing. We will miss our AoG family tremendously! Special thank you’s to Ms. Leanna, Ms. Asia, and Mr. Horace. But all of the AoG staff have been incredible to our little girl these last few years. (I just don’t know everyone’s name) Thank you to the ladies that coordinate it all and make it happen, Ms. Jamie, Ms. Tiqua, and Ms. Cheyenne - for assuring my girl is always taken care of. The Academy of Gateway has been a blessing to my family’s lives! As a first time mom, dropping off my toddler at daycare was hard on me, but they all have shown such love and kindness towards me and my son since his first day at daycare. I am at ease whenever I drop him off in the morning on the way to my job and I look forward to picking him up because every one is always so cheerful and full of smiles! Every single person has been so attentive to his needs, and the communication they have towards their students families are behind excellent! Their facility is beautiful, clean and organized and I can tell it’s so much fun for the kids and staff!! I know I can trust them with the care for my son. The Academy of Gateway is honestly one of the best daycare facilities in the Murfreesboro/Rutherford area!!! 10/10!!!

My son & daughter have been going here for about 2 months & it’s been nothing less of amazing! The staff are all so friendly, and their teachers are wonderful! I have a 6 month old & a 2 year old. I get constant updates, with pictures, throughout the day! They’re always sure to keep me informed with any & everything. My son was very behind in his speech before he started but now has a huge vocabulary & has learned so much just in 2 short months! They have also started helping him with potty training which has been great! I recommend this place to anybody especially as a nervous mom who is worried about what daycare to choose!

We have 2 daughters that attend Academy of Gateway, one of them since she was 8 weeks old. Since day one we have been extremely happy with the academy including everything from the teachers, the facility safety and cleanliness, the food they provide, and the curriculum. I have always felt assured that our girls were being not only cared for, but loved! When it has come time for our children to move up and advance to a new class, I cry because I’ve become so attached to their teachers. I love getting pictures of them throughout the day and the tadpoles app is very easy to use. It is an expensive school, like many others in the area, but we feel like the quality of care they receive matches the price we pay. Our toddler has learned so much through their curriculum and we are so thankful. It’s amazing to see her come home and use sign language, and know her colors, and learn to count. We can tell that she is learning every day and not just being watched after. We love the academy. Teachers and Admin, we love each and every one of you! Thank you for loving our children so well!
