My family and I love it here! Leaving your infant in the care of somone else can be SO hard but Ms. Mona and Ms. Sharon in the infant room have made my husband and I very comfortable and confident that our baby is recieving the best possible care (not to mention being able to check in on him whenever we want through the app as an added bonus!!) They are so kind, attentive, and response to my Luka and he has formed such a bond with each of them. We are so appreciative for the care KRK Seven Lakes has shown our baby.
Kids R Kids has positives and negatives, but unfortunately the negatives started to outweigh the good. I had two kids go through the programs offered. The baby room has amazing staff and was a great place to drop off my kids as a newly postpartum mom. Ms. Maliha and Ms. Alexis (who deal with the toddlers) truly are amazing workers and provided my son with a safe environment. However, there is so much turnover and there are a lot of staff at the school who aren't passionate about children. There are consistent communications barriers and while the directors are happy to hear you out, they don't always make the changes necessary to ensure safety. There are teachers in that school currently who do not treat children well and are still employed at the school. Additionally, there were multiple times a week you can walk into the school and not be greeted by someone at the front desk (even if someone is sitting there). As the kids age, the curriculum lacks and kids are not learning at the rate in which they could be. This place has good bones and good potential but definitely needs work.
We have had a really good experience here. The teachers Ms. Sathyia and Ms. Stephanie have taught my child more than I expected. We are also grateful for Ms. Karina in the cafeteria who is super kind and so helpful with the kids when she isn’t busy. I like getting photos and being able to pop in on the camera especially when I’m really missing my child. The front staff and office management are always responsive and attentive. I’m sure this is one of the top daycare centers in Sugar Land.
Our experience has been absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in for the tour, we felt welcomed and assured that our child was in great hands. The directors, Lauren and Tori, are incredible—they are warm, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Their kindness and genuine love for children made the decision to enroll at this location much easier! Since enrollment, I have noticed great strides in my daughter’s knowledge and social skills. She was very shy and almost nonverbal but now she is comfortable talking more. Can’t thank the teachers enough for that.
I really do love and appreciate the management and teachers for taken care of my baby and loving on him and being so supportive I can not thank you all enough for show so much gratitude seriously 10/10 HAPPY MOM
