Dealing with the city here has turned into a complete mess, I had an 8 o’clock appointment arrived at 7:59 Walk through the door only to be scolded by a security guard because I was there literally a half a minute early, which is fine. I told him I can go wait outside. Get to the line one lady came from the back and said you need a self check in At this point, it’s 8:05 fine no biggie Nobody can self check in because the computers aren’t letting them so there’s a pile of people just standing and have no clue what to do. And no one to help. Honestly this place use to be a breeze now I can’t even deal with it y’all might as well just switch everything to online because it really seems like you don’t wanna deal with people here. And btw appointments for renewing licenses is crazy 1 month out just to drop off paperwork and pay.

I went in to renew my chauffeur license They run my CDL and told me my DL is suspended because of failure to update medical certificate since 2023 I went to DMV who issued me clearance and said myDL is clean and medical certificate is on file The insurance company run my DL and it was clean I went to DMV again and same thing I went back to Broward county and the "supervisor " Karen said the DMV clearance means nothing to her her system shows suspended but she was using outdated system to check my DL when I told her that she ignored it she refused to call the DMV or her supervisor now I am loosing $200 per day in lost revenue because the illiterate and stubborn consumer affairs supervisor refuses to solve the problem she created I am would like to report her to someone because this is very upsetting and stressful situation for me

It is unfair that they ask for feedback when they really do not even take into account the opinions of the person who is being accused, but simply give them a deadline to pay and that is all the solution they give, but they should directly attack the problem, which is all these companies that are online and that do not have physical offices and claim to be legal in the United States. They are the ones who should attack, not the people who work for those applications.

Said my wait was 5 minutes been here an hour doesn’t even look like people are working… wooohoo glad I pay for this and additionally tax payers pay for this. All employees sitting around chatting and snacking… city can do better trump needs to come take a look.
